This property is privately owned.
By signing below, the registered camper/family/guests accept privileges with the understanding that
he/she does hereby release the campground, its officers and employees of all liability for loss or damage
to property and injury to his/her person arising out of use of our campground and agrees to indemnify
the campground, officers and employees against claims resulting from loss or damage to property or
injury to the person of any member of the registered campers family, guest arising out of the use of our
campground including but not limited to fishing ponds, paddleboats, terrianable ride, swimming pool,
jumping pillow, climbing tower, zip line, playground etc. By signing below, you also grant the right to be
photographed and acknowledge that photographs may be used in campground marketing.
 Office Hours – 9 am to 8 pm daily. Campers checking-out, please return gate cards/passes
during these hours. Managers can be contacted at all times by phone. Leave a message.
 Quiet Time is 10 pm to 8 am daily. All children must return to their camp site.
 All Visitors must register in office and pay. Visiting hours: 9 am to 10 pm. Max of 2 cars on site.
 Vaccinated Pets are welcome, all pets must be leashed at all times and cleaned up after.
Please do not leave pets unattended at the camp site. Barking must be controlled.
 No alcohol or marijuana permitted in the campground. No smoking allowed in any of our
buildings or in pool area. Please, keep this campground family friendly.
 Garbage – Please tie trash bags and place at roadside for daily pickup at 1 p.m. All other times
take bagged trash to the dumpster near bathrooms. Please do not leave any litter behind.
 Please do not flush wipes or feminine products into our sewer system. Place in garbage.
 Please help keep campsites clean, sewer hoses should either be lifted off the ground or only
put out when in use. Ground covers should not be placed over grass, only use open-weaved
rugs and pick up when not in use so we may maintain the campsites properly.
 Do not move fire rings. Extinguish fire before leaving it unattended. Please do not burn trash.
 Swimming pool hours are 11 am to 8 pm during safe weather conditions. There is a limit of 50
registered campers in the pool area at one time. No life guard on duty. Swim at your own risk.
All children must have parental supervision in the pool area. No pets inside pool fence.
 Paddleboats and other recreational equipment must be signed out at the office by an adult.
All campers using boats must wear lifejackets and minors require adult supervision,
 Please be respectful to other campers. Bring any concerns to our attention immediately.
The camping fee includes up to 4 people present at check-in, one camping unit per site and one vehicle
per site. Campers must pay for extra people and extra vehicles at check-in. By signing, you are
responsible for everyone at your campsite and must be at least 21 years of age. Violators may be evicted
without a refund. There are no refunds for early departure.
