By accepting this reservation, Guest hereby waives, releases and discharges and covenants not to sue Indian Pond Family Campground for all claims and liability for personal injury, accidents, property damage, any other claim arising out of or in connection with Guests’ use of the Rental/Property. Further, Guest agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Indian Pond Family Campground from all losses, claims, expenses and demands, including attorneys’ fees, that Indian Pond Family Campground may incur arising out of or in connection with Guests’ use of the Rental/Property. Guest further agrees to be responsible and liable for the actions and safety of every person in their group. Indian Pond Family Campground reserves the right to remove any renter, occupant or guest who is subject to a lifetime registration requirement under a State sexual offender registration program.

Brookfield WPH is not responsible for any incidents involving IPFC or its costumers/guests.

Free internet availability/speed is not guaranteed due to our remote location and weather conditions.

Security: IPFC is in no way liable to act as a securiry force. Altercations of any kind will be handled by law enforcement.

Courtesy Policy: while we encourage all of our guests to relax and enjoy, we do ask the courtesy when dealing with other guests, especially concerning noise late at night. If a complaint is received, staff will warn the guest to quiet down, if it continues, the guest may be asked to leave and no refund shall be issued.

Pet Policy: We are a pet-friendly park, but pets must be on a leash at all times while out of customer’s equipment (rv, tent, etc), cleaned up after and may not disturb other guests. Pets are the responsibility of the owner, and the park is not liable for any injuries or incidents caused by pets or wildlife. Our park is rustic by design and wildlife is a part of that rustic feel, for that reason we encourage pets and pet owners alike to be mindful of their surroundings.

Smoking Policy: if a guest smokes in any of the non-smoking facilities, a $150 fee plus any costs associated with cleaning will be charged to the credit or debit card on fille.

Damage Policy: If a guest causes damages to any part of our property, we reserve the right to charge to the credit or debit card on file for any and all costs associated with repairing the damage. This includes missing items as well as additional cleaning fees if necessary.

Cancellation Policy
Cancelling your reservation on the day of or within 7 days prior to arrival will result in no refund. Cancelling your reservation 8 to 14 days prior to arrival, guest will be refunded half of your total stay. Cancellations 15 or more days will receive a full refund minus a $15 processing fee.  

Refund Policy: There will be no refunds after you have checked in, for inclement weather, failure to follow the Rules & Regulations, or disorderly conduct.  Manager/Owner reserves the right to have discretion on all refunds. 

Late Departure Policy: Check out time is 11:00 a.m. every day. Late departures after 1:00 p.m. will result in a charge of one additional night.

Management shall not be held liable or responsible for non-utilization of package components or loss of recreational opportunities due to weather or any other circumstances beyond our control.

Indian Pond Family Campground or its management bears no responsibility for any loss or damage to any person or property, or thing howsoever caused.

The management reserves the right to evict any day user, guest, camper or group of campers for any cause.
