Please Read The following policies carefully:

PETS ARE NOT PERMITTED IN COTTAGES OR AROUND THE COTTAGES.

Our Cottages are NOT PET FRIENDLY this means that there is to be no pets in or around the cottages (i.e. no tying to decks, leaving them in vehicles etc.)

VIOLATERS WILL BE CHARGED

Check-in begins at 3pm but is not guaranteed at 3pm. All guests must check-in at the office once arriving on property. You are welcome to arrive earlier and use parking facilities and visit the beach. If you are checking in after 7 pm, please advise the office.

Check-out is at 11am, unapproved late check-outs may incur a service fee. 

We ask that guests leave their cottages in respectable condition; a lot of thought and care goes into each and every detail. Any damages will be charged to the card on file.

Our Cottages are SMOKE FREE. If you are a smoker, please smoke outside and kindly close the cottage windows so the smoke doen't go inside.

We ask that our guests refrain from cooking shellfish within the cottages, unfortunately this results in the closure of units and loss of revenue. You will be charged a fee as a result, so please cook shellfish outdoors or purchase precooked and enjoy on the patio!

WIFI IS AVAILABLE BUT IS NOT ALWAYS RELIABLE: Take this opportunity to unplug, sit back and relax! Being in such a rural, beautiful, location sometimes means that your internet connection is not the greatest! There is a good connection at the main office for internet access as our wifi does not reach the RV and tenting sites: if you are in need to get some work done you are of course welcome to do so here!

Quiet time is at 10pm, we ask that our guests help us to maintain the peace and tranquility for which we are known by refraining from any disruptive behavior while on property. (i.e no parties, loud music etc...)

Children must be under adult supervision at all times while on property.

Please note that there is no lifeguard at this side of the Inverness Beach and so all beach use is at the risk of the user. We recommend forgoing the use of flotation devices, especially in under-tow season.

BBQ'S ARE AVAILABLE FOR RENT AT $35.00 + TAX PER STAY

Camping reservations: Reservations ARE NOT GUARANTEED for specific sites. Every site is designated 1 tent and 1 vehicle. The same applies for RV sites, 1 RV and 1 vehicle is permitted. There are no tents permitted on the RV sites. There are no RVs permitted on Tent sites. All dogs within the campground must be always kept on a leash. If visiting cottage guests or grounds please do not bring your furry friends along-this is against policy!
