Refund Policy

All cancellations require a $100 cancellation fee.

If guest cancels 14 days or more before arrival, the remaining deposit amount is refunded. (30 days notice for 30+ night stays)

If guest cancels less than 14 days before arrival, the remaining deposit amount is transferable once to a future stay within one year of cancel date.

 

No refunds for early departures, no-shows, or same day cancellations.

 

Hangout Fest, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, & Shrimp Fest

No refunds of deposits for reservations staying during the Holidays listed. Only a credit transferable once to a future stay within one year, less the cancellation fee.
