GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS

This property is privately owned. The guest accepts camping privileges with the understanding that he does hereby release the RV PARK, its officers and employees of all liability for loss or damage to property and injury to his person arising out of his use of its camping facilities, and agrees to indemnify the RV PARK, its officers and employees, against claims resulting from loss or damage to property or injury to the person of any member of the family or guest of the registered camper arising out of the use of its camping facilities. Guest accepts responsibility for any damage caused by negligence.

Guests must register with office staff upon arrival, provide photo ID, and provide a Credit Card on file. Sub-letting of any RV lot or renting of any RV unit by any Guest is prohibited, unless given prior written consent by the Park.

No refunds for early departure. After registration, refunds or credits will be given only in the event of a mandatory evacuation.

Speen Limit is 7 MPH and STRICTLY ENFORCED. Do NOT park on the grass or road. Parking passes must remain in windshield at all times within the park. Only two vehicles per site. Additional vehicle(s) must obtain passes from the office and park in designated overflow areas.

Pool Hours are 9AM-10PM. NO LIFEGUARD ON DUTY. Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult.

Quiet Hours are 10PM -7AM. Please respect neighbors by limiting noise during this time.

RV SITE TERMS & CONDITIONS

Check in is 2PM. Check out is 12PM. There is a $25 fee for early check in/late check out. Contact office for availability.

Visitors are required to register with the office. If more than 4 persons per site are registered, there will be an additional charge of $5.00 per day, per person. 

NOTE: If no payment has been made 24 hours after Check-in, the card on file will automatically be charged any remaining balance. To pay your balance another way, call us at (251) 967-1666 or come into the office before 4 PM no later than the day after Arrival. All applicable taxes are subject to change based upon the Rates in effect at the time of final payment.

RENTAL UNIT TERMS & CONDITIONS

 All rental units must be registered to and occupied by an adult 25 years of age or older. Keys will only be issued to the Registered Guest(s). ***Note — Office is closed on some Holidays. Please make arrangements ahead of time for Holiday or After Hours arrivals. 

A Refundable Security Deposit equal to $500.00 is due at the time of Registration. 

Check in is 3PM. Check out is 10AM. There is a $25 fee for early check in/late check out. Contact office for availability. 

ADDITIONAL CABIN TERMS AND CONDITIONS WILL BE REVIEWED UPON CHECK-IN.

PET POLICIES

No more than 2 pets per RV. Please immediately pick up after your pet(s). 
Pets are required to be on a leash of 6-foot max when outside of the owner’s RV. They may NOT be left outside unattended. 
Pets are NOT allowed inside the Clubhouse, Pool Area, Laundry Room, or Bathhouses.
We do NOT allow aggressive behavior or excessive barking. If your pet is disturbing others, you will be asked to control your pet. If becomes aggressive towards guests or other pets, you will be asked to leave.
Non-compliance to any of our pet policies may result in you being asked to leave the park without a refund. .

LONG TERM GUESTS: 

$750 Taxes Deposit applied to the THIRD month, when guest has satisfied 90 Day Occupancy, in accordance with Section 40-26-1 of the Code of Alabama 1975.
If Guest vacates prior to 90 days, security deposit will be forfeited to pay all applicable taxes.
