Payment Policy
(Excludes Holiday Reservations)
Venues: Parkview Hall & Pavilions:
Each of our Pavilions and Parkview Hall venues requires a minimum deposit equal to all days reserved plus a damage and cleaning fee of $150 (Parkview Hall only) upon confirming the reservation. The damage deposit is refundable upon departure following inspection from our housekeeping team. Payment must be made using a valid credit card which shall be kept on file for the duration of the reservation. A refund of the damage deposit must be processed onto the same card that was used. We will not refund any amounts via cash.
Accommodations: Cabins:
Each of our Cabins requires a 2-night minimum to be reserved.
A minimum deposit equal to the first night plus a damage & cleaning fee of $75 for cabins is required upon confirming the reservation. Damage deposit is refundable upon departure following an inspection from our housekeeping team.
Payment must be made using a valid credit card which shall be kept on file for the duration of the reservation. A refund of the damage deposit must be processed onto the same card that was used. We will not refund any amounts via cash.
RV & Tent Sites:
A minimum deposit equal to the first night is required upon confirming the reservation.
We do not "hold" or "pencil in" sites, no exceptions.
Refund Policy
(Excludes Holiday Reservations)
A minimum cancellation fee of $10.00 will be processed for all reservation cancellations (this excludes venue rentals). Cancellations within 24 hours will be charged a $20.00 cancellation fee. While we hope you'll be able to honor your reservation and come camp with us, we understand that sometimes things change.
If you need to cancel, please contact us during office hours at 614-837-2656.
Please be aware that we do not accept cancellations by text or email. You may leave a voicemail, please include your reservation number and stay information.
Whenever possible, we will try to change the dates of your campsite reservation. We can do this one time without incurring any cancellation fees (if availability allows), but will need a specific date to associate your reservation with; we cannot credit your deposit without a date. Understand prices fluctuate, and you will be responsible for paying any additional balances due for the reservation dates you have chosen.
Please read below for refund policies specific to the site type.
Venues: Parkview Hall & Pavilions:
The first day's venue rental is non-refundable. For multi-day venue rentals, in order to receive a refund less the first day's rate, you must contact our office before 12 PM (noon) EST at least twenty-one days prior to the first day of the rental.
After 12PM EST twenty-one days before day one of renting, your deposit is forfeited if you choose to cancel.
Guests who do not call and do not show up for their venue rental will have their reservation canceled without a refund of their deposit.
We do not offer refunds or discounts for cancellations, tardiness, or events "cut short" due to weather.
Accommodations: Cabins:
In order to receive a refund of your deposit less the $20 processing fee, you must contact our office before 12 PM (noon) EST at least seven days prior to arrival.
After 12PM EST seven days before arrival, your deposit is forfeited if you choose to cancel.
Guests who do not call and do not show up for their site will have their reservation canceled without a refund of their deposit.
We do not offer refunds for cancellations, late arrivals, or early departures due to weather.
RV & Tent Sites:
In order to receive a refund of your deposit less the $20 processing fee, you must contact our office before 12 PM (noon) EST at least three days prior to arrival.
After 12PM EST three days before arrival, your deposit is forfeited if you choose to cancel.

Holiday Reservation Policies
(Memorial Day, Independence Day, & Labor Day)
Venues: Parkview Hall & Pavilions:

The damage deposit is refundable upon departure following inspection from our housekeeping team. Cancellations for holiday reservations do not qualify for a refund, with the exception of the damage deposit paid at the time of confirmation, which will be processed onto the card used.

A minimum deposit equal to the minimum stay plus a damage & cleaning fee of $75 for cabins is required upon confirming the reservation. The damage deposit is refundable upon departure following inspection from our housekeeping team.
Payment must be made using a valid credit card which shall be kept on file for the duration of the reservation. A refund of the damage deposit must be processed onto the same card that was used. We will not refund any amounts via cash.
