Refund Policy

Campground Change/Cancellation and Refund Policy:
We will make every effort to accommodate changes to your reservation made well in advance of your stay.

• Changes made between 3 weeks and 72 hours before your stay will incur a $15 fee.
• Cancellations made up to 72 hours prior to your stay will incur a 1 (one) night cancellation fee.
• Cancellations made less than 72 hours prior to your stay forfeit the full amount of the reservation. 

We do not give credit or refunds on behalf of Mother Nature (common weather events). As the Resort is located river front, flooding is possible. If we must cancel your reservation in advance of your stay due to flooding, rebooking or a full refund will be allowed. If you're forced to evacuate due to unforeseen flooding, prorated rebooking refunds will be allowed. Voluntary departure, evictions, and no-shows are non-refundable. All refunds are processed via the original payment method, no exceptions.
