Campground Guidelines
The following rules are for the safety and enjoyment of our park for you and other guests. Those who choose not to follow
these rules will be asked to leave without any form of refund.
Check in /Check out: Check in at 2PM. Check out time is 12 PM. Call for availability for early or late check in/checkout.
Payment: Payment must be received prior to occupying a site. If you are paying at the reduced weekly or monthly rate and fail
to pay on time, you will be reverted back to a daily rate whick must be paid daily. If payment is not received daily Jasper Country Club & RV Resort has the right to have your camper towed at the your expense.
RV Condition: All RV's must be well kept, in good condition. Any RV older than 10 years must be approved of by park staff
prior to occupying a camping site. No window A/C units, tarps, or hanging parts.
RV connections: There will not be any connections allowed on water supply. Only turn on the appropriate electrical
for the electrical service you are using. Extension cords ran into your camper from the pedestal is not permitted. A threaded
sewer connection is mandatory. Do not push a sewer hose into the sewer inlet. Ground disposal of any drain water is prohibited.
Do not put grease into drains. (For your convenience, cooking oil may be disposed of in the grease tank located by the
dumpster).
Site appearance: Your camping site must be kept clean at all times, organized and free of items not associated with daily
camping. No trash, cans, bottles, boxes, etc left laying around. We want to maintain an appealing park setting. Japser Country CLub & RV Resort has storage units available for excess cargo, freezers, etc. Solicitation or signs for the sale of services or products are not
allowed.
Quiet Time: 10 PM to 7AM
Speed Limit: 5 MPH.
Site occupancy: Only 1 RV and 2 vehicles per RV site. There is a maximum of SIX people per camp site. Four people are
included in rate, for each additional person there will be a $10 per day charge. No tents or sleeping in vehicles at RV sites. There
is designated overflow parking for your guests, extra vehicles and trailers. No subleasing. All vehicles must display a Valid
Campground parking permit. Unregistered guest will need to have a visitors pass from the front office or park host.
Vehicle repairs and washing: There is a maintenance area for washing vehicles or minor
repairs. No oil changes on property.
Children: Guests are responsible for all behavior of children. All children under the age 16 must always be accompanied by an
adult 18 years or older.
Trash: Trash must be placed in dumpster. Please do not leave trash outside your camping spot overnight. Help us reduce the
risk of pests and insects and keeping the park clean.
Campfires: Campfires are allowed in fire rings only. Burn only dry hardwood (not pine). You are welcome to bring your own
firewood or purchase firewood from theResort Store. No trimming of trees, you will be charged for damages. Do not burn leaves, pine
straw or trash. Always extinguish fires completely if leaving for any amount of time. Campfires may be restricted if Jasper Country Club
& RV Resort staff feels that a fire risk is high. This could be during high wind days or dry conditions (signs will be posted).
Fireworks, Firearms and Weapons: Fireworks and the discharge of weapons anywhere on the property is prohibited,
including BB, pellet, airsoft, sling shots, archery and paintball guns.
Clothes lines and Decorations: Clothes lines are not permitted. Decorations are permitted if they do not interfere with
groundskeeping. At no time is it acceptable to drive nails or screws into trees or Resort owned property.
Pets: Pets are welcome! They are to be kept on a leash with the exception that your pet is not currently listed on the national dangerous breed list,or it excessively barks. At any time, Jasper Country Club & RV Resort feels that your pet is a nuisance or liability you will be asked to leave the park or have your pet stay somewhere else. Pets are not allowed in any Park building or the pool area. Service animals may accompany you in buildings. Dog waste must be picked up immediately by owner, please be courteous and utilize our pet park. Do not leave waste around camper or RV areas. Pets need to be on a leash and accompanied by the owner at all times.
We do not allow Dogs on the MOST DNGEROUS DOG BREEDS list.
Visitors: Visitors are required to register at the front office if staying overnight with a registered camper. Only over night guest
will need a visitors parking pass. All other daily visitors not staying the night will not be required to have a pass. All guests are
the campground by 10 PM unless registered to stay overnight. The cost for each amenity is $10.00 per day per person.
Recreational vehicles: Golf carts are allowed with turf tires only. Keep golf carts on established paths and roadways. No other
motorized recreational vehicles can be used in the park. Any camper using a golf cart in the park will be required to sign a cart
waiver.
Electric Cars: Charging electric cars at your site is prohibited. If there is an available spot you can see the office to pay at the
daily rate. There is no exceptions.
Mail: Mail Boxes are available for a Monthly fee of $20
Fishing Ponds: A fishing license is not required. Catch and release fishing only. No swimming, boating or wading in ponds.
Swimming Pool: There is no lifeguard at the pool. Swim at your own risk. All children under the age 13 must always be
accompanied by an adult 18 years or older. Swim wear only can be worn in the pool, no cotton material. No glass containers in
pool area. Smoking in designated areas only outside the fenced pool area. Additional rules are posted in pool area.
Behavior and Nuisances: Excessive noise/nuisances created by guests/visitors will not be tolerated. Common courtesy shall
prevail between all persons on the property. Obnoxious, profane, abusive or threatening language, and/or actions will not be
tolerated. Anyone engaging in such activity will be required to leave the park immediately, without refund.
Additional important information:
Camping is an outdoor experience therefore we do not give refunds. Trees and the shade they provide are an integral part of an enjoyable camping experience. However, trees pose a natural hazard of falling debris,such as limbs and branches. We do not assume responsibility for these natural hazards for any property damange, injury or other circumstances that may result.
Park management
Park management is not responsible for loss damages or claims to property of quests due to fire, theft, accidents or any other
cause. Wildlife exists in the park. Do NOT harass, approach, or try to handle any wildlife. On this property we have seen snakes, deer, wild pigs, alligators, turkey, eagles, coyote, fox, and other wild animals. Park management is not responsible for incidents or injuries caused to you or your pets.
