Refund Policy

CANCELLATION POLICY
Site Cancellations: If Site cancellations are received more than 14 days prior to your arrival on campsites, you may receive a refund minus a $35 bookkeeping fee per accommodation canceled. No refunds or return certificates will be given for cancellations received less than 14 days before the scheduled arrival date. No Shows forfeit the entire payment. No refunds or rainchecks will be given due to weather conditions; camping is an outdoor experience. Cancellations for holiday weekends; Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day and Columbus Day and special events/packages such as Spring and/or Fall packages & Harley Events, must be made one month prior to your scheduled arrival date to receive a refund minus a $35 bookkeeping per site canceled

Cabin Cancellations: Cabin cancellations must be made one month prior to scheduled arrival date to receive a refund minus a $50 bookkeeping fee per accommodation canceled. No refunds or return certificates will be given for cancellations received less than one month prior the scheduled arrival date. No Shows forfeit the entire payment. No refunds or rain checks will be given due to weather conditions; camping is an outdoor experience.

Golf Cart Cancellations:  Golf cart cancellations align with the site or cabin that you have reserved.  If you have a site and cancel a golf cart, this is a 14 day cancellation to receive a full refund less a $25 cancellatiion fee. If you have a cabin and cancel your golf cart, this is a 30 day cancellation to receive a full refund less a $25 cancellation fee.
