Check in & Check out
Check in for all rentals accommodations (Trailers, Cottages, and Cabins) is at 3 pm. All other sites may check in at 2 pm. Early check is not guaranteed and dependent on availability. Fees apply. Late Check in is available and can be arranged in advance with the office.
Check out for all sites, including accommodations at 11am. There is no late check out option. If you are still on site past check out time you will be charged $20 hourly up to the cost of the additional day. Regardless of the late check out fee paid, this does not entitle the guest to another night's stay.
Occupancy
Pricing for all sites is based on the occupancy of 2 adults with up to 4 children. Additional costs are applicable for guests over and above and range according to age, and applicable festivals and events (CBMF & SOMMO).
- Tent sites have a maximum of 4 adults or 1 family unit.
- RV sites have a maximum of 6 persons.
- Our Accommodations (RV Rentals, Cottages, & Cabins) range according to the unit with a maximum of 4-6 persons.

Deposits
To guarantee your campsite or rental accommodation, a deposit equal to your first night will be charged to your credit card at the time you make your reservation.
A Site lock fee of $20 plus tax will also be applied to the initial deposit and is applicable for specific site requests or group requests to be together. This lock fee is non-refundable.
Any remaining balance is due 30 days prior to check in and will be automatically charged. You may also use the link emailed in your reservation confirmation email to pay.
Cancellation
If you need to cancel your reservation, please call 902-963-2079 before the deadlines listed below to receive your deposit refund minus the cancellation fee of $20. This fee will increase to $25 for 2026 reservations. Text and email notifications of cancellations are not acceptable.
- RV, Tent, and Deluxe Tenting Sites : 48 hours cancellation notice is required for 2025 reservations. This will increase to 7 days for 2026 reservations.
- Rustic Cabins, Deluxe Cottages, Deluxe Plus Cottages, and Trailer Rentals: 14 days cancellation notice required.
- Reservations made after these deadlines are non refundable.
- No Show reservations will FORFEIT the deposit and reservation.
- Reservations are not transferable without campground approval.
- Please see below for Holiday and Special Events for additional deposit and cancellation requirements.*
- The $20 lock fee is also non-refundable.
Holidays & Special Events
Please be aware that Holidays and Special Events may have specific deposit and cancellation requirements. Special conditions could apply during high-demand periods and for special events.
- For the period between July 9th and 14th, 2025 & July 8th - 12th, 2026, there is a mandatory 5-night minimum stay due to a special event. A deposit equal to the five-night minimum is obligatory. Cancellations during these dates are subject to a minimum service fee of $75.00. To be eligible for a refund, less the $75.00 cancellation fee, cancellations must be made by May 1, 2024. After May 1st, the entire deposit (full cost of reservation) will be retained.
- For the period between September 13th & 14th 2025, there is a mandatory 2 night minimum due to a special event. Cancellations during these dates will incur a minimal service fee of $50.00. The deadline for cancellations to receive a refund, less the $50.00 cancellation fee, is June 15th, 2025. Subsequent to June 15th, the complete deposit (full cost of stay) will be retained. The Cancellation fee for SOMMO festival in 2026 will be increasing to $75.
- Holiday weekends may also require a 2-3 night minimum stay.
- Festival dates for 2026 pending and will be updated. The same minimum stay and deposits are applicable.
Modifying a Reservation
Any changes to reservations must be made prior to the cancellation deadlines.If changes are made prior to the cancellation deadline there is no fee. If changes are made to the dates within the cancellation deadline the deposit will be forfeited.
Vehicle Registration & Safety
Kindly ensure you have your license plate(s) information available for registration. Keep parking passes visible at all times. Within the campground, all vehicles must adhere to a speed limit of 9.5 km/hr or less. Standard regulations apply, including no alcohol consumption and no sitting in the backs of trucks.
Each camping site permits the parking of two vehicles. Additional vehicles must be registered and parked in the primary parking area near the office, subject to space availability (fees may apply).
Golf Carts
Guest/Outside Golf Carts are not permitted.
Bikes & Scooters
All riders using bicycles and scooters (including electric bikes and scooters) must follow speed limits/traffic laws and observe for pedestrians.
Helmets are required by law in Prince Edward Island.
Visitors
Entrance to the park is restricted to registered guests only. Visitors are required to check in at the office, register, pay a fee, and obtain a parking pass for our main parking lot. Pets are not allowed for visitors. We retain the right to regulate the number of people visiting a site. Day visitors must vacate the premises by 10:00 pm (9 pm during Special events). Prior to inviting any visitors, kindly consult the office. Registered guests are accountable for ensuring their visitors are appropriately registered and adhere to all campground rules.
Quiet Hours
Quiet hours are observed from 10 pm to 7 am, during which we kindly request guests to be considerate of their neighbors and others. All communal areas of the campground close at 10 pm, and children should return to their sites under adult supervision. No biking around the campground after dusk. At 11 pm, while you are welcome to maintain a campfire, we ask that noise levels be minimized. If you need to enter or exit the campground during quiet hours, please be mindful of those in the vicinity and maintain a respectful noise level.
Entrance Gates
Access cards for the Entrance Gate are a requirement for campground stays. Please return to the office when checking out. DO NOT swipe visitors in, lend your card nor give it to another person. It is registered to you only. Please return to the office when the season is over. Maximum of two gate cards per site.
Campfires
Campfires are permitted at each site, in the designated fire pit provided, weather permitting and in conjunction with provincial fire ban laws/regulations. Wood is available for purchase at our Store. Fires are to be properly extinguished and not exceed 12 am.
Pool
- NO LIFEGUARD ON DUTY
- NO DIVING
- All children 14 years of age and under must be accompanied by an adult
- All swimmers must shower prior to entering the pool
- No running, horse-play, or foul language
- No gum, alcohol or glass containers in the pool area
- No smoking or vaping in the pool area
- No animals in the pool area
- Do not enter the pool if you are sick, have an open cut, have a fungal infection, have sore or infected eyes, have a discharging nose or ears, or have any communicable disease
- Children under 3 years of age must wear a swim diaper. They are sold at the Ranger Station
- Proper swimwear is required
- SWIM AT YOUR OWN RISK
Playground
- All children 14 years of age and under must be accompanied by an adult
- No running, horse-play, foul language, smoking, or vaping
- No glass containers in the playground area
- Proper footwear is required - No bare feet
- Use caution on playground equipment. Watch your head; do not climb on roofs, railings, or posts.
- Do not use playground equipment when wet.
- Slide sitting down, feet first, and one person at a time. Do not climb up slides
- Play At Your Own Risk.
Jumping Pillow
- All children 14 years of age and under must be accompanied by an adult.
- No footwear allowed. Socks are required.
- Be mindful of others.
- No running, horse-play, foul language, smoking, or vaping.
- No somersaults or inverted maneuvers of any kind.
- Please remove all loose articles (cellphones, jewelry, loose change, watches, etc), prior to using the jumping pillow.
- No locking arms with others.
- No group running games on jumping pillow.
- Do not walk on jumping pillow when it is partially or fully deflated.
- Do not use in wet weather, as slippery surfaces increase the risk of injury.
- If you notice any damage to the pillow, or the edges of the pillow become exposed, notify a Ranger immediately.
Electrical Use
Absolutely no generator use is permitted.
Please use designated charging stations for electric vehicles (located in the main parking lot). Do not plug into site pedestals.
You are responsible for understanding how many AMPs you are using. AMP usage over the AMPs provided can trip your breaker. Please be mindful of your AMP usage, so that you don’t trip your breaker during your stay. Please notify the office so that we can notify maintenance if you have any electrical issues during your stay. Guests are not permitted to diagnose our electrical pedestals per insurance and safety requirements. Maintenance is happy to help. Even if you are an electrician, laws prohibit you from working on our pedestals unless hired to do so.
Laundry
The laundry room is open 24/7. Change and vending available at the office during business hours. Please do not leave your laundry unattended. We are not responsible for accidents or theft.
Bedding for Cabins Cottages and RV Rentals
For those renting our cabins or trailers, please note that bedding and bathroom essentials (linens) are not provided and should be brought along with you.
Drones
Drones are not permitted in our park. Please do not fly drones over people or RVs.
Fireworks and Firearms
Fireworks and firearms are strictly prohibited in our park. The prohibiting of fireworks includes, smoke bombs, aerials, and firecrackers. The prohibiting of firearms includes all guns including air soft, BB, and pellet guns.
Tent Policy
To avoid overcrowding of tenting sites, we have a 2 tent maximum per tent site (guest choice of sleeping tent(s) versus kitchen tent) as long as structures stay within the site limits. No sleeping tents are permitted on Pull thru sites/Deluxe tenting sites/Deluxe Patio Sites/Cabins & Rental Trailers. A kitchen tent is acceptable.
- Only one tent is permitted on back in regular 30 amp sites (choice of tent).
- Each site may have a maximum of 6 people /one family unit. Maximum of 4 adults per site. Additional fee(s) over 2 adults are applicable.
Pets
Many campers enjoy bringing their dogs or cats along for the camping experience. All pets must be registered at the Front Desk upon arrival. To ensure the safety and enjoyment of all guests, please keep your pet on a leash at all times within the park. Pets are welcome to roam and play off-leash in our designated Dog Park.
When outside their owners' vehicles or rental units, dogs must be kept on leashes no longer than 6 feet. Avoid leaving a tethered dog unattended, and always clean up after your pet. Dogs displaying hostility or aggression, regardless of breed, will be requested to leave the campground along with their owners. Excessive barking can be disruptive to other campers, so if your pet tends to be vocal, alternative accommodations should be sought. Pets are not allowed in resort buildings and amenity areas.
Service animals, accompanying a disabled person, are permitted without the need for proof of disability or certification for the service animal.
Bark Park Rules
- This is not a doggy day care. Please do not leave your dogs unattended.
- All interactions between pets, owners, or visitors are your responsibility, not management’s.
- This play area is a leash-free zone; use at your own risk. Pets must be leashed before leaving the Bark Park.
- Owners must clean up after their pets.
- Pets must be well behaved, be at least four months old, and have current vaccinations.
- Play equipment is for pet use only. Not for humans.
- Please keep the entrance/exit latched closed at all times.
- Glass containers and food are not permitted.
Trash Disposal and Recycling
In Prince Edward Island, Waste Watch is a mandatory program for residents, visitors and businesses.Trash cans are located throughout the park. Please sort garbage/recyclables in clear bags only and place them in the appropriate receptacles/designated cans.
Safety and Emergencies
If you observe any concerning activities, please inform our staff (security in evening) or call (902) 963 2079, Ext 333, available 24 hours a day. Security actively monitors the campground and is on duty overnight during the peak season.
In the event of a 911 call, please notify the office/security if time allows, so that staff can be ready to guide emergency personnel to your site.
Tenants and Guests are accountable for any damage or injuries caused by themselves, their children, and/or pets. Guests accept all associated risks and agree to hold the Landlord harmless from and indemnify against the same. The resort disclaims responsibility for personal injuries, as well as damage, loss, or theft of personal property or vehicles.
Alcohol
Adherence to liquor laws requires that alcohol consumption is limited to your own campsite.
Cannabis
The use of cannabis is strictly prohibited in all public areas, including buildings, decks, pools, and inside our rental trailers and cabins. The only permissible location is within your personal camping equipment/site, provided it does not disrupt or interfere with the enjoyment or well-being of fellow campers.
Eviction
We retain the right to decline service and/or access to the campground at our discretion. Immediate eviction without refund will be enforced for loud noise or music, vulgar language, abusive behavior, or any form of disturbance. Individuals evicted due to issues involving alcohol consumption and cannabis use will be escorted off the premises by a member of the Royal Canadian Mounted Police Force.
Photography Release
By entering the premises described in this guide, Guests hereby consent and authorize Jellystone Park™ to photograph, or otherwise record them and to use the photographs and/or motion pictures and video taken of them, including name, likeness and voice, as well as any testimonial statements made by the Guest, and all other aspects of their personality, and any reproduction of them in any form, for the purpose of publicizing, promoting, and advertising Camp-Resort's attractions in any media now known or later developed, in perpetuity and throughout the world, without further compensation to the Guest.
Camp at Your Own Risk
Guests further agree to release and hold harmless the Camp-Resort, successors and assigns, from any and all claims, demands, losses, costs, expenses or damages, including without limitation reasonable attorney's fees, which may arise out of or in connection with any claim by the Guest or alleged to be on their behalf resulting from the use of the publicity items, the use of which they now knowingly and voluntarily grant to the Camp-Resort, and the full ownership rights of which they now knowingly and voluntarily grant and assign to the Camp-Resort. Further, Guests acknowledge and agree that they assume all risks and dangers incidental to the activity of camping in a rustic outdoors environment located on the Premises including, without limitation, the danger of being injured by insects or other animals, of being injured while participating in recreational activities, such as hiking, swimming, or boating on the Premises or of being injured as a result of inclement weather conditions. Guests agree to release directors, employees, successors and assigns, from any and all claims, demands, losses, costs, expenses or damages, including without limitation reasonable attorney's fees, which may arise out of or in connection them undertaking of these risks. Without limiting the generality property damages resulting from such risks. Guests represent that they are the parent or legal guardian of any minor children that accompany them, and hereby consent to the foregoing on his/her behalf. If the Guest does not wish to agree to these terms, then they should not enter the Premises.
