Welcome to JG’s Campen Life RV Campground! 

Our goal is to make sure everyone has a safe and memorable stay. Please always keep in mind this is a private campground area and be courteous of other guests. We appreciate you keeping our guests and local neighbors in mind when it comes to respecting their property and peacefulness.

Information

Guest Center Hours: 

Monday through Thursday, between 9AM and 5PM

Friday - Saturday between 9AM and 6PM

Sunday between 1PM - 5PM

Reservations: 

All campsite reservations are reserved in advance on a “first come, first served” basis by reserving online, by calling 256-930-3060, or in person at our guest center. Discounts are given to seniors (65+), firefighters, law enforcement officers, and active duty/retired military personnel; only one discount applies per stay and will be credited to your reservation with proof upon check in. Upon arrival the reservation must be paid in full and agree to these terms & conditions and policies. 

Check In and Check Out Hours:

Monday - Sunday at 1PM

Check in is at 1 PM CST and entitles you to your site until 11 AM the day of your check out date. Early check in is not permitted unless prior arrangements are made through our guest center. Please note we do not have a waiting area for those checking in early. Check out time is 11 AM and if you are on your site after 11 AM there will be a $50 per hour late check out fee charged. You do not need to contact the office for check out, unless you need to pay for late check out fee or want to extend your stay.

Campers arriving after posted guest center hours or on holidays should make reservations in advance and call the guest center to make arrangements prior to check in. 

Rules

Guest Policies

• Guests: 4 guests staying on a campsite (RV and Tent) at a time. Any additional quests will be $5 per guest per night and require prior approval.
• A person registering for a campsite must be at least 18 years old and possess a valid Driver’s License.
• Access to the campground amenities are limited to registered campers and their guests. 
• The front gate is locked at all times. A code for the gate lock will be provided at registration. Do not share the front gate code for the safety of all in the campground.
• Only registered guests are permitted to enter the park. All visitors must stop in the office to register, pay a fee and park in visitors lot. Visitors need to be picked up by registered guests and are not allowed vehicles in the campground due to lack of extra parking space. Visitors may not bring pets. JG's Campen Life reserves the right to limit the number of people visiting a site. Day visitors must depart by 10 PM CST. Overnight visitors must depart by 11 AM CST. Please check with the office before inviting any visitors. Registered guests are responsible for ensuring their visitors are properly registered, that all campground rules are followed, and any damages made by their visitors. If a visitor is not following campground rules, registered guests and visitors will be asked to leave without a refund. 

Vehicle Policies

• Car camping is not allowed. RVs and Tents only. 
• The age of your RV is not restricted but no RV body damage, broken window(s), outside A/C units and clean exterior. 
• Please do not park your vehicle, trailer, or boat in an adjacent site. If you use of more than one site that will
  result in additional charges.
• Each paid guest registration covers 1 RV per site and 1 vehicle per site unless noted. Extra
  vehicles will need to be parked at the campgrounds designated area. An additional vehicle is $10 per night.
• Please do not park on our grass at the campsite, common areas, septic mounds or golf trails. Ruts caused by your vehicle will result in damage charges for a minimum of $300.00.
• Parking is available at the guest center and bathhouse during use.
• Golf carts are allowed but must be operated by a driver with a valid Driver’s License and insurance at all times. 
• The park speed limit is 9 1/2 mph. This policy is to keep you, your children, and your pets safe. Exceeding this speed limit will result in a warning. Multiple warnings will require us to ask you to leave without refund. Safety is our number one priority for our guests.
• Any violation of these policies you will be asked to leave and no refund will be issued.

Pet Policies

• We are a pet friendly community and love having our pet guests so please help us keep the campground a pleasant place to visit for all. 
• Pets: 2 pets per campsite (RV and Tent) at a time. Any additional pets will be $10 per pet per night and require prior approval.
• Pets are not allowed in the guest center, pool area or bathhouse area under any circumstance. 
• Be a good neighbor and please use the dog walk area and clean up after your pet always. Do not let your pet deposit waste on your site or any of our other guests’ sites please or dog park without cleaning up. 
• Pets must be leashed at all times and may not be left unattended. Please do not tie your pet to a tree and leave. 
• Pet fences that are manufactured as camping pet fence are allowed on a temporary basis and pets cannot be left unattended in the pet fence at anytime.
• Due to Insurance Requirements, all pets must be vaccinated in our park. Please make sure your pet’s shots are up-to-date.
• Excessive barking is not tolerated and disturbs your neighbors. 
• Aggressive pet behavior is not tolerated.
• Any violation of these policies you will be asked to leave and no refund will be issued.

Campsite Policies

• Quiet hours are observed between 10PM and 7AM Sunday - Thursday and between 11PM - 8AM Friday - Saturday. Please be considerate of other guests. Rowdy, or inappropriate behavior will NOT be tolerated.
• Campfires are permitted at sites with fire rings provided and campfires must not be left unattended. Please do not burn trash or cigarette trash in fire rings. All trash should be placed in the dumpsters. 
• You are responsible for understanding how many amps you are using in our RV. Amp usage over the 50 AMPs provided can trip your breaker. Please be mindful of your amp usage, so that you don’t trip your breaker during your stay.
• Gray water/sewage should be emptied into the septic lines at the campsite only. Do not flush any feminine products or toilet wipes into the septic system. You will be responsible for any repairs. 
• Recommended water pressure gauge for water access to your RV. 
• Please notify the office so that we can notify maintenance if you have any electrical, water or sewage issues during your stay. Guests are not permitted to diagnose our electrical pedestals, water connections or septic system per insurance and safety requirements. Maintenance is happy to help. Even if you are a skilled tradesman, laws prohibit you from working on our pedestals unless hired to do so.
• Only RV rugs are allowed. No outdoor carpet or indoor rugs.
• American flag, military and/or a state flag are allowed. No sports, religion or political flags are allowed.
• For the safety of our guests, attached awning are only allowed. No temporary shade tents are allowed. 
• Alcohol should not be openly displayed. No drug or alcohol abuse will be tolerated. 
• Smoking to be confined to campsites only. All smoking trash must be disposed of and not left on the campsite or throughout the campground. If caught there will be a $25 clean up fee charged to the credit card on file.
• No firearms displayed or visible at any time. If found displaying, threatening or without a permit of a firearm the guest will be asked to leave the campground.
• No fireworks allowed in the campground.
• Checkout is 11AM each day and campers wishing to extend their stay should contact the Guest Center before 10AM on that day. 
• Upon check out you are responsible to clean up all trash and put anything moved back in its place. If the campsite is not left clean there will be a $25 clean up fee charged to the credit card on file. 

General Policies

• The laundry room is open 24/7. Please do not leave your laundry unattended. We are not responsible for accidents or theft.
• For the comfort of all our guests, bathhouse is open 24/7 with exception of a temporary closing for cleaning. We ask for your help in keeping the bathhouse clean and conserve water as much as possible, please. Guest under the age of 18 need adult supervision in the bathhouse area.
• No lifeguard is on duty. Pool and Playground opens at 9 AM and closes at dusk or 9 PM during the summer season. Anyone under 18 must be supervised in these areas and all areas of the campground at all times. Horseplay, running, and diving is not permitted in our pool area. Alcohol and Food is not permitted inside the pool itself. Loud music, glass, and rough play are not permitted at our pool or playground. Do not put any pool furniture inside the pool. Failure to follow these rules result in you being asked to leave without refund. Children in diapers are allowed in the pool with swim diapers only and can be purchased at the guest center if needed. Only swimming suits and swimming trunks permitted in our pool, no cut offs.
• Please do not let your children climb our trees or structures, your child could get hurt or can damage them the trees and structures.

JG’s Campen Life and its employees are not responsible for acts of God, other damage, vandalism, or theft of registered camper or guest RV’s or other personal possessions. Each guest stays at their own risk. JG’s Campen Life and its employees are not liable for any injuries sustained by guests while staying at the Campground. Management reserves the right to refuse camping stays, or any services to anyone at our discretion, and the right to eject anyone at any time.

Liability Waiver

“ACTIVITY” is defined as any amenity on the property owned and operated by JG’s Campen Life RV Campground including but not limited to golf cart rental, tricycle rental, virtual golf, gellyball, pool, ponds, creek, pickleball, and dogpark.

THIS IS A LIABILITY - PLEASE READ BEFORE ACCEPTING RESERVATION ONLINE AND ARRIVING AT JG’S CAMPEN LIFE RV CAMPGROUND. THIS SECTION MUST BE READ AND SIGNED ONLINE BEFORE THE PARTICIPANT IS ALLOWED TO TAKE PART IN ANY ACTIVITY RELATED ACTIVITY AND/OR FOR NON-PARTICIPANTS WISHING TO ENTER INTO AREAS DESIGNATED FOR *(ACTIVITY)* USE.

IN CONSIDERATION of being permitted to participate in any way in the sport and activities of *(ACTION)* OR to enter into an area designated for *(ACTIVITY)* use at *JG’s Campen Life RV Campground, I acknowledge, appreciate and agree that:

1. The risk of injury from the activity and equipment involved in *(ACTIVITY)* is significant, including the potential for permanent disability and death, and while particular protective equipment and personal discipline will minimize this risk, the risk of serious injury does exist;

2. I KNOWINGLY AND FREELY ASSUME ALL SUCH RISKS, both known and unknown, EVEN IF ARISING FROM THE NEGLIGENCE of those persons released from liability below, and assume full responsibility for my participation and minors;

3. I understand that the ACTIVITY is physically, emotionally and mentally intense. I understand the rules of play and will comply with all rules and regulations. If I observe any unusual or unnecessary hazard during my or minors participation, I will bring such to the attention of the nearest official as soon as practical.

4. I, for myself and on behalf of my heirs, assigns, personal representatives and next of kin, HEREBY RELEASE AND HOLD HARMLESS FROM LIABILITY JG’s Campen Life RV Campground, the owners and lessors of premises used to conduct the ACTIVITY, their officers, officials, agents and/or employees (“Release”), WITH RESPECT TO ANY AND ALL INJURY, DISABILITY, DEATH or loss of damage to person or property, WHETHER CAUSED BY NEGLIGENCE OF THE RELEASEES OR OTHERWISE, except that which is the result of gross negligence and /or wanton misconduct.

5. I understand and agree that this Release of Liability Agreement covers each and every ACTIVITY and event in which I and/or minor participate hereafter.

6. I acknowledge that during the course of using the overall facility, my photograph may be taken by the Releasees or an agent or designee of the Releasees. I knowingly understand and give consent to any photograph or filmed image taken of me participating in any activity within the facility and said photographs or film shall become the property of the Releasees or any of its designees. The Participant hereby grants the Releasee and/or its agent or designee permission to use any such photographs or films of him/her for use in materials promoting the Releasees. Such use may include publication in the local newspaper, website, brochures, general advertising and other vehicles that may be distributed to or otherwise seen by large numbers of individuals and potential patrons of the Releasees.

I HAVE READ THIS RELEASE OF LIABILITY AND ASSUMPTION OF RISK AGREEMENT, FULLY UNDERSTAND ITS TERMS, UNDERSTAND THAT I HAVE GIVEN UP SUBSTANTIAL RIGHTS BY SIGNING IT, AND SIGN IT FREELY AND VOLUNTARILY WITHOUT INDUCEMENT. FOR PARTICIPANTS OF MINORITY AGE (UNDER AGE 18 AT TIME OF REGISTRATION) This is to certify that I, as parent/guardian with legal responsibility for this participant, do consent and agree not only to his/her release of the

JG’s Campen Life RV Campground. and all other Releasees but also to release and indemnify the Releasees from any and all liabilities to his/her involvement in these programs for myself, my heirs, assigns and next of kin.
