Site Lock Policy

Reservations guarantee a site type, not a site number. To guarantee a specific site number, please select the “Site Lock” function when booking, a non-refundable $50 fee will apply.

Every effort will be made to make the desired site available to those utilizing the site lock feature. However, due to circumstances beyond our control (i.e. mechanical or medical issues preventing a guest from vacating the site), there is a slight chance the site will be unavailable. If this is the case, every effort will be made to find a similar replacement site and the $50 site lock fee will be refunded.

Winter Considerations

Please note, water to the overnight spaces will be blown out no later than October 15th and will be turned back on no sooner than March 15th each year due to severe winter temperatures common in this area. During this time, we offer a fill station if your RV is not winterized and you want to use water. However, we highly recommend doing your research before planning your trip to Montana during our winter months, as every RV reacts differently to cold weather.

Please also be vigilant about checking the weather as you are traveling. Once winter hits, you will need to check in on road conditions and any mountain passes on your route.

Booking for the Following Year

We open booking for the following year on January 1st of each year, but rates are generally not yet set at that point. If you book your reservation for following year in the current year before we set our rates for the following year, you may owe a small balance upon arrival. If you have questions regarding rates or booking a year in advance, please contact us.
