Cancellation Policy

Transient Stays: If cancelling with 14 days or more notice, a refund will be given minus a cancel fee equal to one night. If cancelling with less than 14 days notice, no refund will be given.

Monthly Stays: If canceling with 30 days or more notice, a refund will be given minus a cancel fee equal to 50% of total reservation. If canceling with less than 30 days notice, no refund will be given.
