Terms and Conditions
1.     Guests are responsible for any damage or injury caused by themselves, their children and/or pets. Park is not responsible for accidental damages.
2.     Guests assume all risks associated with the foregoing agreement and will not hold the park liable for any damages to their Rig or Person.
3.     Park is not responsible for any personal injuries, damage, loss or theft to any personal property or vehicles.
4.     We reserve the right to ask guests to leave if they do not comply with the rules and policies.
5.     No overnight guests are permitted past 10 PM.
6.     Grills and propane fire pits are allowed and must be kept on the concrete pad.
7.     Guest must maintain the site completely no trash, non-operational vehicles or
mechanic work that could cause oil spills. Guest is responsible for cleaning all leaks in a timely manner.
8.     RV’s must have a clean appearance and be washed regularly. Please be mindful of water consumption.
9.     Only one RV and two vehicles are allocated to your site, unless stated otherwise.
10. Trash cannot be left outside overnight and should be disposed of in proper receptacles located within the park.
 

RV Requirements
We reserve the right to refuse a rig based on its appearance and/or condition. We require your rig to be clean and presentable.
All units should be in working order.
Rigs Must Insured.
No leaks of any kind.
Site Requirements
No clothes lines or laundry outside.
No appliances outside the RV
Please avoid clutter on your site.
Open fires are not allowed. BBQ and small propane fire pits are allowed if they are operated in a responsible manner.
Alterations of any kind to the site are not allowed.
You must stay within your site, please to not extend out to the neighboring sites.
Pet Policy
No aggressive pets allowed.
You MUST pick up after your pet.
No excessive barking.
Dogs must be always on leash.
Animals must not be left unattended outside at any time.
Pet must not be tied up or crated outside unattended.
General Rules
Please be courteous of your neighbor. No loud music, partying, block parties, or causing a disturbance in the park. This behavior will not be tolerated.

Any intoxication, profane language, excessive noise, excessive traffic, or any illegal activity will not be tolerated.
No smoking inside any facility. Cigarette butts should be disposed of properly and not thrown on ground.
No firearms should be discharged on the property.
Please report any problems with your site to the Main Office or Site Management immediately.
You are responsible for understanding how many amps you are using in your RV. Amp usage over the 50 or 30 AMPs provided can trip your breaker. Please be mindful of your amp usage, so that you don’t trip your breaker during your stay. We encourage the use of surge protectors.
Please notify the office so that we can notify maintenance if you have any electrical issues during your stay. Guests are not permitted to diagnose our electrical pedestals per insurance and safety requirements. Management is happy to help. Even if you are an electrician by trade, laws prohibit you from working on our pedestals unless hired to do so.
Cancellations for reservations that are less than one week will be charged a one-night penalty. Cancellations for stays that are longer than one week will receive a camp credit, good for one year after the reservation date.
No refunds will be issued after the arrival date, including no-shows. The speed limit is 5 MPH in the park.

Wash House Rules.
Washer and dryers are at a first come first serve basis.
Washer and dryers are coin operated.
Please remove lint from dryer after each use.
Do not overfill or overload washer and dryers.
Absolutely NO concrete residue on your clothes, please wash concrete out of your
clothes outside before using washer machine.

If you leave your clothes in the dryer and “forget’ to take them out the next guest has the
right to place your laundry in a laundry basket.
Please keep restrooms and showers clean and remove all personal belongings after
each use.

Refund Policy
Your refund, minus the penalty fee if applicable, will be refunded to the credit card used
at time of booking.
