Cancellation Policy

Cancellations: For daily and weekly reservations, cancellations must be made at least 8 days in advance of your arrival day in order for a refund of your total stay minus a 20% cancellation fee. Any daily or weekly reservations canceled within 8 days of the reservation will forfeit their reservation payment. FOOTBALL GAME WEEKENDS AND SPECIAL EVENTS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. Online booking fees are non-refundable.

For monthly reservations, cancellations must be made at least 15 days in advance of the arrival date in order to refund the deposit minus a $20 cancellation fee. Any monthly reservation canceled within 15 days of the reservation will forfeit their $150 deposit. Online booking fees are non-refundable.
