Terms & Conditions

Check In/Out: Check-in time is at 3:00 PM and check out time is 11:00AM. Early check-in may be possible if your site is not reserved from the previous night. If needed, this must be arranged in advance with the management for an additional fee of $15.00. If you would like to check in early for your stay, please check with the management as early as possible to see IF your site is available for check in. Late check out may also be possible for an additional fee of $15 IF there is no same day check-in. A $15 late check out/early check in fee will be applied if no prior permission is obtained. No refunds for early departures. Reservation sites may not be changed without management’s approval.

Speed Limit: Speed limit is 5 MPH. Violators will incur a $25.00 fine. Repeated warnings will result in removal from the park without refund.

Parking: Only 1 RV and a maximum of 2 other vehicles allowed per site. No vehicles can block any portion of roadway. Extra vehicles can be parked in the available storage area for $2/day, $10/week and $20/month per vehicle. Do not park extra vehicles/trailers in empty RV lots. Any overnight parking in an empty space, without prior approval, will result in an additional $20.00 charge. These are the prices for every-day-use vehicles beyond the 2 vehicle limit. Please see the “Storage” section if you are interested in storing an RV, Boat, or other vehicle long-term. 

Capacity: All rates are for 2 adults and 2 children (16 years old or younger). Up to two additional people may stay in the same reservation for an additional $2 per person for a daily reservation, $10 per person for a weekly reservation, or $20 per person for a monthly reservation.

Payments: No partial payment accepted. All payment must be in full. You will be charged a late fee of $25 plus $10 per day past the due date until the total amount is paid. Any non-paying renter will be evicted immediately. 

Deposits: Single-night stays require full payment in advance. More than a one night stay requires a first night’s deposit. Weekly reservations require a first night’s deposit. Monthly reservations require a deposit of $150. Balance is due upon check-in. We accept credit and debit cards, no cash or checks. All deposits are refundable as long as the site is returned in the original condition and all fees are paid. 

Refunds and Prorations: If a guest leaves prior to the end of their reservation, the site fee payments that have already been made will not be refunded. 

Cleanliness: Campsites must be kept clean with minimal personal belongings outside. No household furniture (couches, tables). No appliances (refrigerators, freezers, fans, AC units, etc). No tents. No equipment/tools. No tarps on or around your RV. No trampolines. No hanging clothes from your trailer or anywhere else on your site. No excessive amount of plants, in the bins or planted. Permitted items include: outdoor furniture, grill, picnic table, bike, firepit, small & neat dog kennel. Please do NOT remove picnic tables from their sites. TEXAS LAW requires that a sewer hose must be fastened using a threaded connector or rubber donut. 

Laundry Facility: Laundry facility hours are 8am-8pm. NO pets or smoking inside the laundry facility. Please be courteous of others and remove laundry from the washer and dryer when completed. Jones Road RV Park will not be responsible for missing laundry.

Trash: Please put bagged trash in the dumpsters located on the back of the park. This is for household trash only. No furniture, appliances, mattresses, batteries, flammable or toxic materials, parts for vehicles, etc. DO NOT leave trash outside over night. 

RV Condition: All Motorhomes, RVs or Travel Trailers must be in good working order and appearance. An approval from management is required for all RVs 10 years or older prior to reservation and arrival. Pop-up campers are not allowed. We reserve the right to refuse access to any guests whose vehicle is deemed to be unacceptable.

PRV Valve: The ideal water pressure for most RVs is between 40 and 55 pounds per square inch (PSI). We highly recommend installing a PRV valve at your site to avoid any damages a higher water pressure can cause to your RV. Jones Road RV Park is not liable for any damages caused to your RV. We might have PRV valves available for purchase. 

Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please be considerate of others. Loud, obnoxious, disorderly, boisterous, unlawful conduct or conduct that disturbs or threatens the rights, comfort or convenience of others in or near the property will not be tolerated and will result in immediate removal from the park with no refunds. Loud music or objectionable noise is not allowed at any time

Visitors: Any and all visitors must depart property by 10:00 PM each night. If your guest(s) will be staying overnight, they must pay a $10/day fee per person as long as the site does not exceed the maximum number of occupants. The Park is not responsible for loss or damage to any visitor’s property due to theft, vandalism, fire, accidents, or any act of Nature.

Vehicle Maintenance: No vehicle maintenance in the park. Mechanical repairs, oil changes and washing RV/vehicles are not permitted on these premises without prior permission.

Firearms/Fireworks: Discharging of firearms AND fireworks of any kind are not permitted. The use of archery, paintball, slingshots or air guns is also prohibited. 

Fires: No open fires. BBQ pits and fire pits are allowed, be responsible and make sure fire AND coals are extinguished when finished. Do no dump coals or ashes on the ground. DO NOT PUT HOT COALS IN DUMPSTER. You will be responsible for any damage due to fire!

Smoking: No smoking in any of our buildings or within 50 feet of any building. Please do not throw cigarette butts on the ground

Drugs: The possession, sale or manufacture of illegal drugs or drug paraphernalia at the RV site or anywhere else on the property is prohibited and will result in immediate removal from the park without Refund.

Generators: Generators are not permitted unless needed for power outages or emergencies OR you are set up in one of our self-contained spaces.

Storage: Open RV/Boat storage is available in the designated areas for a monthly fee of $75. 

Children: Children must be supervised by an adult at all times. Children must abide by all rules above. 

Pets: Pets (Dogs and Cats) must be kept on a leash with a human at all times except in the dog park. Pets must be attended outside your RV, in the park or in any buildings. Make sure to always clean up after your pets - $25.00 fine for not cleaning up after your pet. You get 2 warnings. On your 3rd warning, you will be asked to leave, No Refund. No excessive barking. Per our insurance restrictions, we cannot accept any breeds, such as Pit Bulls, Chows, Mastiffs, Dobermans, Rottweilers, German Shepards, Wolf-mixes, Malamutes, or any combination of dog that includes these breeds. No exotic or oversized pets are permitted.  This includes all reptiles or large birds.

Damage: Damage to any park property (pad sites, pedestals, common areas, etc.) will result in a charge to repair said damage.

Privacy: Please respect guest’s privacy by not walking through occupied sites. 

No Soliciting: No soliciting or “for sale” signs.

Service Agreement: Jones Road RV Park is a service-oriented businesses and therefore do not have a Landlord/Tenant relationship with any of the daily, weekly, and/or monthly guests.

Evictions: We reserve the right to evict any person(s) who does not comply with the rules and policies. PLEASE BE ADVISED: All rights granted to registered guests in our park are through a revocable license, which may be revoked at any time. Services are provided under a site services agreement. Under no circumstances should you consider yourself a tenant with a lease. Failure to make lot payments will be grounds for immediate removal from the park, and the guest may be subject to penalty under Texas penal code 31.04(B) Theft of Service.

Liability: Tenants and Guests are responsible for any damage or injury caused by themselves, their children, and pets. The Park, Owners, Management are not responsible for personal injuries or damage, loss or theft of any personal property, vehicle, postage, and packages. Keep your valuables locked up.

DEI Policy: We strive to provide an inclusive and family-friendly atmosphere at our park. Offensive or intolerant language will not be tolerated, including with respect to race, religion, sexual orientation or political views, and the presence or existence of any language, actions, visuals or symbols (e.g. visual depicting confederate flags, swastikas, racial slurs, etc) that may be deemed to be offensive will not be permitted on the property. We reserve the right to immediately terminate a booking and evict any guest, without refund, for failure to comply with these rules and/or staff’s request for you to remove the display of any offensive visuals or symbols. 

Rules: We reserve the right to make changes to the rules, rates, regulations and fees that we deem necessary at any time without prior notice.
