A $50 FINE WILL BE AUTOMATICALLY CHARGED TO THE CARD ON FILE IF YOUR LOT OR FIRE RING IS LEFT WITH GARBAGE OR DEBRIS AND IS NOT FOUND THE WAY IT WAS AT CHECK IN

Nightly Rates:

  • Waterfront Water / Electric: $50

  • Waterfront Cabin: $80

  • Rustic Tent: $30

Weekly Rates:

  • Weekly Water / Electric: $275

  • Weekly Cabin: $480

  • Weekly Rustic Tent: $150

Monthly Rates:

  • Water/Electric: $750

Visitor Policies

It is the responsibility of the Camper to make sure that all guests register at the office upon entering the campground and obtain a visitor pass for their vehicle.

Guests will be allowed to place tents on a camping site with prior approval of the managers.  There will be a $25 overnight camping fee per family per night.  

Special Event Policies

Prior to sending out or extending an invitation, any camper who is planning a “special event” e.g., birthday party, anniversary, employee appreciation party, group picnic etc. must notify JITC, LLC manager of the dates of the event and the anticipated number of people who will attend the event.  The campers agree to be responsible for adherence to all campground rules for themselves and their guests.  This includes maintaining appropriate noise levels and respecting the campground quiet hours of 11:00pm to 8:00am. Campers who host such events will be responsible for making prior arrangements to inform the additional guests that they will be required to pay a $5 per adult day pass fee at the office.  campers hosting “special events” MUST clarify with the campground managers how the fees for additional guests will be handled.  It is also the responsibility of the camper hosting the event to ensure site is neat and clean.  

Acts of God

JITC, LLC. assumes no responsibility for damage to any property owned by campers which results from electrical malfunctions, severe weather, fires, floods or any other acts of God during the term of this contract.

Physical Damage Insurance

Campers will obtain at their own expense an appropriate physical damage insurance policy to cover the camper for loss of any kind to their trailer, building structures, boats, boat trailers, docks and golf carts as well as any other personal property of any description owned by the camper.  The campground owners shall not be responsible for any loss or damage to any seasonal camper’s property on the campground that is not directly attributable to the owners, employees or subcontractors of JITC, LLC.

Liability Insurance

Campers will obtain appropriate liability insurance policy with adequate limits to cover liability claims resulting from the camper’s family or their guest’s negligence pertaining to:

•Use of any of the JITC, LLC premises.

•Use of any trailer, building structures, boats, boat trailers, docks and golf carts as well as any other personal property of any description for which the camper is the owner.

Golf Carts

For the sake of safety, the following rules apply when operating golf carts.

•All golf carts must have a liability insurance coverage

•No driver should have a minor child sit on their lap to help steer the golf cart

•Golf carts should be used for transportation purposes only

•Golf carts are NOT to be used for recreational activities such as races, hide and seek, water balloon fights… etc.

•The numbers of passengers on a golf cart shall not exceed the number of seats on the vehicle, and passengers must remain seated at all times.

•Drivers should remain on the main roads as much as possible and avoid driving through campsites.

•Golf carts must obey all traffic signs and posted speed limits.

•All golf carts driven after dark must have operating headlights.

Cancellation Policy

Holiday Cancellations: Cancellations for reservations that include a Holiday are
non-refundable. There will be no exceptions. In addition, modifying holiday reservations
to other weekends will not be permitted. Holiday and Special event dates are listed on
our website and Facebook page.
Non-holiday Cancellations:

  • Cancellations received 14 or more days in advance will be charged a 1 night cancellation fee, with the remaining balance refunded to the customer.
  • Reservations cancelled between 13 and 7 days in advance will be charged a 2 night cancellation fee, with the remaining balance refunded to the customer.
  • Reservations cacelled fewer than 7 days in advance will be charged the remainder of the reservaion total and will not be due any refund.
