Cancellation & Booking Policy
At Kamloops RV Park

Payment of one night at time of booking at time of booking.

All cancellations are subject to forfeiting a $25. fee for each site booked, they will be refunded the one night less the $25. cancellation fee.

If  a cancellation occurs 5 days prior to arrival date , you will be charged a $25 Cancellation Fee for each site
reserved.
If less than 5 days notice guest will be charged one night stay for each site the guest has
reserved.
Long weekend camping policy: min 2 night reservation required.
If a cancellation occurs 15 days prior you will be charged $25 Cancellation Fee for each site reserved.
If less than 15 days notice you will be charged for 2 nights for each site booked.

Changing dates will be subject to a $10. fee

 FOR NO SHOWS GUEST WILL BE CHARGED THE FULL AMOUNT OF THEIR STAY

Our long weekends fees apply to Victoria Day. (May 16-19), Canada Day (June 28-july 1),  BC Day (Aug 1-3), Labour Day (Aug 29-31)

Cancellations by the purchaser for any reason shall be subject to our refund policies .
Refunds for wildfire and air quality issues (Wildfire Smoke)will only be provided if the
campground is within a government evacuation order.
