Cancellation Policy and Date Changes

 

A $10 processing fee will be charged for all cancellations. For a full refund minus the procession fee, please cancel your reservation at least 48 hours prior to your arrival/check in date and time. There will be no refunds for no-shows on a reservation.

 

You may change your reservation at any time prior to 48 hours before your arrival/check in time with no penalties or additional charges. To change your reservation, please email us at kampalampainfo@gmail.com.

 

If you have to cancel at any time after the 48 hour time has passed, your reservation charge will not be refunded, but you will be allowed to reschedule for a different day at no charge.

 

We understand that life happens and sometimes events occur that are out of our control. If you have an extenuating circumstance that prevents you from making your reservation, please email us at kampalampainfo.com.
