Kenosha County Fair Association

By accepting this reservation, Guest hereby waives, releases and discharges and covenants not to sue The Kenosha for all claims and liability for personal injury, accidents, property damage, any other claim arising out of or in connection with Guests’ use of the Rental/Property. Further, Guest agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless The Kenosha from all losses, claims, expenses and demands, including attorneys’ fees, that The Kenosha may incur arising out of or in connection with Guests’ use of the Rental/Property. Guest further agrees to be responsible and liable for the actions and safety of every person in their group. The Kenosha reserves the right to remove any renter, occupant or guest who is subject to a lifetime registration requirement under a State sexual offender registration program.

Check In/Out Times: Check in @ 1pm. Check out @ 11am.

Check In: Upon arrival, please check in to your site online following your email prompts for www.campspot.com (EXCEPT FAIR WEEK: You must check in at the fair office due to needing parking permits and valid fair admission for this week. You must keep your admission ticket with you when leaving/entering the grounds)

Sunday Flea Market: For campers who spend Saturday night, there is a Flea Market on the grounds on Sundays from 7AM - 2PM. You are welcome to walk over without paying the admission, but pets are NOT allowed on Flea Market grounds.

Fires: No personal fires allowed. There is a group campfire located near the creek that anyone is welcome to use.

Quiet Hours: Midnight - 8AM

Pet Policy: We are a pet-friendly campground, but pets must be walked on a leash, cleaned up after and may not disturb other guests. Pets are the responsibility of the owner. Management reserves the right to restrict disruptive or aggressive breeds.

Motorized Vehicles: Only authorized golf carts, UTVs, ATVs, etc. are allowed on the grounds or in the camping area with prior approval.

Cars: All cars must be parked in the designated parking areas and must have vaild permit. Only two cars are allowed per site. (During fair week, you must display your parking permit given from the office in your windows.)

Campsite: Your entire trailer, camper, car, and any accessories must fit within the designated lines of your site. Only one camping unit per site. If your car does not fit, it must park in designated parking areas.

Campers & Guests: You are only allowed 6 campers per site. Guests are welcome to visit but must park in designated parking area and not be present during quiet hours. (During fair week, all campers and guests must have an admission ticket for the fair or will be removed from the grounds. All campers will be checked for weekly passes upon check in to ensure protocol is being followed, so please bring your passes with to the office).

Fire Lanes: Fire lanes cannot be blocked at anytime, which is designated as any road on the map.

Dumping: All grey/black water MUST be disposed of at the dump station ONLY. Pats Sanitary will pump out any camper for $40. If you would like this service, you must inform the front office by 9 am.

During Events: No alcohol is allowed to be brought onto the grounds. Anyone bringing alcohol from the camping area will be asked to remove their camper from the fairgrounds and will be unable to camp for an additional two-year period.

Management shall not be held liable or responsible for non-utilization of package components or loss of recreational opportunities due to weather or any other circumstances beyond our control.

The Kenosha County Fair or its management bears no responsibility for any loss or damage to any person or property, or thing howsoever caused.

The management reserves the right to evict any day user, guest, camper or group of campers for any cause.
