We are not a site-specific park. We do NOT guarantee a specific site number, just the type of site.
All rental rates will be charged 12.5% state sales and tourism tax.

● 3-night minimum stay for holidays – MLK Jr., Easter, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year’s Eve.

● 3-night minimum stay for Lobster Mini-Season.

● 2-month reservations require a 1-month deposit.

● Open campfires, open flames, fire pits, wood fires or fireworks are NOT allowed anywhere in the park.

● ALL guests and visitors must register with our front office for entrance into the campground.  Guest must be at least 25 years of age for check-in.

● No loud music or loud speakers are allowed.

● NO GOLF CARTS allowed.

● NO HOT TUBS allowed.

● LOST GATE KEY:  $50.00 Replacement fee.

● A SECURITY DEPOSIT of $150.00 must be held on a credit card for incidentals.

● All renters agree to read and comply with all Key Largo Kampground rules.  Any violation of Key Largo Kampground rules and regulations are subject to a $100.00 fine and the fine will be deducted from the security deposit on hold.  In addition, you may be expelled from the Kampground WITHOUT A REFUND.

● Drones are not allowed to be flown over the campground. You can fly drones at our North and South beaches over the water only.

● Please respect our quiet time hours after 10:00 PM. If you are too loud or causing a disturbance after 10:00 PM, a security guard will give you a warning. Once warned, you will be at risk of being escorted out of the resort without a refund.

● NO JETSKI / JET BOATS / WAVERUNNERS ALLOWED.

● If you’re bringing a boat/trailer, it must fit on your rented lot; if not, boat slips are $39.99+tax/per day or $199.95+tax/week and trailer parking for $39.99+tax/per day or $199.95+tax/week.  Boat slip and trailer parking are available on a first-come, first-served basis.  One-time Boat Launching impact fee is $25.00+tax.  Boats are limited to 25 feet maximum.

● ALL BOATS MUST BE LESS THAN 25' LONG AND MUST FIT ON RENTED SITE.  If the boat with trailer does not fit on site, an additional trailer parking fee must be paid. Boat slip and trailer parking are available on a first-come, first-served basis.

● Reservation modification fee: $25.00

● Electric car charging fee: $25.00+tax for 3 hours of charging.

● Cleaning Fee: $150.00 for excessive trash removal from the site.

● No boats/trailers allowed on tent sites. 

● 24 hours prior to arrival, the guest must provide to the office via email reservations@keylargokampground.com the following details if they apply to your reservation:

► Number of guests (max 6)  Additional adults – $5 per adult.  Maximum 6 Adults per site.  

► Number of vehicles (max 2) The second vehicle is a $15.00 one-time impact fee per reservation.

► Boat registration (max 1 per reservation. No boats over 25’) boat slips are $39.99+tax/per day

► Trailer registration  trailer parking for $39.99+tax/per day. 

► Liability insurance (declaration page with coverage of injury and damages).

Reservations 30 nights or less require a 2 night deposit. Reservations 31 days or longer require 20% deposit.

CHECK-IN and CHECK-OUT POLICY

► During office hours: (9:00 AM-5:00 PM)

>>> CHECK-IN TIME is 1:00 PM.

Please park in the far right lane at the gate marked CHECK-IN.  DO NOT BLOCK the entrance gate for other guests.

Come into the office and check in with one of our agents.

$20.00 per hour after 9 AM and before 1 PM. (If available on the same site).

>>> CHECK OUT is at 11:00 AM.

LATE-CHECK-OUT (If available on same site) is $20.00 per hour/up until 2:00 PM only.

– Full Daily Rate payment due after 2:00 PM.

► After office hours Check-in: (5:00 PM-10:00 PM)

See the Security Guard at the security shack at the gate and bring a copy of your reservation confirmation.

► Check in with NO reservations or Walk-ins (6:00 PM-10:00 PM)

You must check with the Security Guard for the availability of sites. 

If a site is available, the full daily payment is due.  After-hour reservations must be finalized in the office after 9 AM the next morning.

We cannot guarantee availability. We understand you may have driven a long distance, but walk-in site availability is not guaranteed.

YOU MUST ARRIVE BEFORE 10:00 PM TO CHECK IN WITH OUR SECURITY GUARD.

No one will be available to check you in until 9 AM.
