CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY

By making a payment you agree to our cancellation policy

All reservation deposits or sales are refundable minus a one-day (per month of stay) plus applicable taxes and convenience fees up to 30 days prior to check-in. ALL CANCELLATIONS THAT ARE LESS THAN 30 DAYS BEFORE CHECK-IN WILL NOT BE REFUNDED. No refunds will be given for early departure for any reason.

Refunds are prohibited for weather conditions, acts of nature, or evictions. Any refund processed will be refunded in the same form that it was originally paid. A reservation credit may be issued towards a future stay to be used within one (1) year from the date the reservation credit was issued. All refunds processed via credit/debit card will be processed back to the original credit/debit card used to make the reservation with no exceptions.
