Refund Policy

A 10 day notice is required for shifting dates, shortening stays or cancellations. 14 days for holiday weekends. Deposits will be refunded if requests for changes or cancellations are at least 10 days (14 for holidays) prior to the scheduled date of arrival, less a $10.00 handling fee/ $25 for holiday weekends. Your reservation will be held no later than 9:00 a.m. the following morning of your scheduled arrival unless the office is contacted to reconfirm the reservation. We do not give refunds due to weather or leaving within the 10 day / 14 day rescheduling window.
