Kings River RV Resort, Kingsburg, California

 We are looking forward to you staying with us! Please read, sign, and abide by the following rules during your stay.

 

Check In / Check Out:

Check in is at 2 PM PST. Early check-in is permitted but must be approved prior to arrival. Check out time is 11 AM PST. Late check out is possible, however not guaranteed. Please let the office staff know ASAP if you are hoping for a late check out. If you’re having maintenance issues upon departure, please communicate with our office staff.

Quiet Times/Pool Hours:

Resort Quiet Times are as follows:

11:00 PM - 8:00 AM on Friday and Saturday

10:00 PM – 8:00 AM Sunday thru Thursday

Pool Hours are 7:00 AM – 11:00 PM daily.

Site Changes/Parking:

You have been assigned a specific site, if you wish to move, please check with the office. Due to reservations and maintenance of sites, moving may not be possible. Please inquire before moving sites. No more than two vehicles per site. Please do not park your vehicle, trailer, or boat in an adjacent site. We have additional boat trailer parking if needed. The park speed limit is 5 mph. This policy is to keep you, your children, and your pets safe. Exceeding this speed limit will result in a warning. Multiple warnings will require us to ask you to leave the resort without a refund; safety is our number one priority for our guests.

RV''/ Tents

Customers renting a site must have some type of RV.  All RV's must be insured and have proof of registration.  Tent camping is not allowed on Kings River property.

Visitors

Visiting hours are from 10am-8pm daily.  Visitors may not enter the resort after 6pm and must depart by 8pm.  Each site allows 4 adults max to check in and a maximum of 4 visitors, or up to a total of 8 people per site, with a maximum of 2 visitor vehicles per site.  Visitors will be charged $10 per person. They must check in at the office to pay and will receive a wristband that must be worn while on Kings River property.  Visitors must get a permit for their vehicle and must always display it while on Kings River property.  It is required that visitors follow all Kings River RV Resort rules while visiting--guests who chose not to follow Kings River RV Resort policies will be mandated to leave the property immediately and will no longer be allowed access to the resort in the future.  Visitors are not allowed to bring pets or a watercraft. No exceptions.  Kings River RV does not allow visitors coming off the river, even to visit a guest staying here. Any guest coming of the river onto Kings River property will be considered trespassing and will be asked to leave immediatly.

Gate Code

The gate code is for registered guests ONLY. It is unacceptable to give the gate code out to friends, guests, delivery drivers, or anyone other than those registered to your site. If you have a guest—they can park out front and check in at the front office. We can escort them to your site—or you’re welcome to come and meet them.  

Vehicle Policies:

ATV’s, Dirt bikes, Razrs, and any motorized vehicle with a small engine are NOT allowed to be used inside the park.  They also may NOT be used in the Kings River or outside of our park in the orchards.  If you are using them in the orchards you will be asked to leave immediatly.  You may trailer one of these vehicles inside the park, but it must stay on the trailer during the duration of your stay.  Electric bikes and golf carts are ok as long as they follow our 5 MPH rule and stay on paved roads only.

Watercraft

Guests renting a site may bring up to 2 watercraft trailers per site. (Example: 1 boat and 1 jet ski trailer, or 2 boat trailers.)  Watercraft must be registered to the guest renting the site-- visitors may not bring watercraft into the resort. All guests must check in their watercraft with the front office and obtain a boat permit to launch and moor the watercraft on our property.  Any watercraft that does not have a boat permit may not launch or moor on our property—if seen doing so, they will be asked to leave by resort staff and/or the sheriff.  All watercraft operators must obey all the rules of the river, or they will be asked to leave with no refund. Trailer parking is available in a designated area.  Kings River RV Resort reserves the right to open and close the boat launch at any time. 

Pet Policies:

NO AGGRESSIVE DOG BREEDS ALLOWED! (Pitbulls, Rottweilers, Doberman, German Shepherds, Bulldogs, Boxers, Chows, Canarios, Bull Terriers, etc..) If you bring a dog that is an aggressive breed or is acting in an aggressive manner you will be asked to leave without a refund.

Leash:

We ask that you keep your pets on a leash. This helps you; your pet, and other guests remain safe. Pets may be off leash while in the dog parks, on our common beach area at the south end of the park, and over on the island.

Cleaning Up After Your Pet:

Always clean up after your pet. Do not let your pet deposit waste on another guest’s site. We have disposable waste bags available around the resort. Failure to clean up after your pet will result in your being asked to leave without a refund.

Buildings and Pool Area:

Pets are not allowed in the buildings. County code laws do not allow pets in our building or pool area.

Leaving Pets Unattended:

Pets may not be left unattended in our park. Please do not tie your pet to a tree, leaving your pet unattended. If you are leaving the premises of your site without your pet, it must be kept inside your RV.

Barking:

Excessive barking is a disturbance to other guests and is not tolerated. Please note that excessive barking may result in your being asked to leave without a refund.

Fires:

All fires must be in firepits or designated fire rings. We have portable fire rings available for guests. Please do not relocate the fire rings.

Park Etiquette:

Please be respectful of other camping guests. Do not walk between sites when navigating the park. Please use main roads, sidewalks, and designated public paths to walk around the campground. Do not drive on common grass areas, or back by the pool.

Electrical Use:

 Kings River RV Resort has upgraded our electric and new pedestals.  All pedestals are 50 amp only, it is the customers responsibility to provide your own adapter to be able to plug in. You are responsible for understanding how many AMPs you are using in your RV. AMP usage over the 50 AMPs provided, can trip your breaker. Please contact the office so that we can notify maintenance if you have any electrical issues during your stay. Guests are not permitted to diagnose our electrical pedestals per insurance and safety requirements. Maintenance is happy to help. Even if you are an electrician, laws prohibit you from working on our pedestals unless hired to do so.

Laundry:

The laundry room is open 24/7. Scented laundry beads are prohibited. Please do not leave your laundry unattended. KRRVR is not responsible for accidents or theft. Please notify staff of any issues with the machines or if they are giving an error code.

Bathrooms:

For the comfort of all our guests, restrooms are open 24/7 with the exception of temporarily closing for cleaning. If a restroom is being cleaned, please do not enter; there are other restrooms around the resort for your use. We ask that you help keep our restrooms clean by flushing toilet paper or using the trash receptacle. DO NOT put feminine hygiene products or “flushable wipes” down the septic or RV toilets.

Trash Disposal:

Dumpsters are located throughout the park. Please tie trash bags completely closed and put your trash into the trash receptacle. If the first can is full, please find another container. DO NOT place your trash on the ground at your site for pick up; it’s your responsibility to dispose of trash into a dumpster. Please do not dispose of wires, oil, furniture, mattresses, or any toxic waste or chemicals into our trash receptacles.

Fireworks and Firearms:

Fireworks and firearms are strictly prohibited in our park. The prohibition of fireworks includes sparklers, smoke bombs, aerials, and firecrackers. The prohibition of firearms includes ALL guns, including BB and pellet guns. If these items are seen outside of your RV, you will be asked to leave immediately without a refund.

Repairs:

Repairs to RVs and vehicles are not permitted in our park. We are happy to recommend a local Mobile RV Repair service that will come out to your site to assist you with any repairs.

Respecting the River:

Obey all state and local boating regulations, especially NO WAKE ZONES. KRRVR has the right to open and close boat launches at any time. If Tulare County has the Kings River closed for boating; our boat launch WILL be closed. 

Pool Rules:

Pool hours 7 AM – 11 PM daily. The pool is exclusively for paying park guests and residents. Please shower before entering the pool. Pool gates must remain closed and locked. (Your pool code will permit you entrance) No glass of any kind is allowed in the pool area. No animals are allowed in the pool area. Children under the age of 14 must be accompanied by an adult. You must wear proper swim attire. No street clothes permitted in pool or spas. Running, jumping, or any dangerous conduct is prohibited in and around the pool area. Food is permitted in the pool area but NOT IN the pool or spas. Please discard trash immediately. Alcohol is permitted; however, management has the right to ask you to leave if dangerous or boisterous conduct occurs. No personal radios or musical instruments of any kind in or around the pool area. Camping guests and residents must accompany their visitors to the pool and remain with them. Safety ring and poles are for emergency use only. ADA lifts are not for sitting or playing on. They are installed and available for those in need. No large inflatable toys of any kind are allowed in the pool or spas. If worn, inflatable rings are allowed. Noodles, dive rings, squirt guns, beach balls, and other small pool toys are permitted. Please be respectful of those around you. NO LIFEGUARD ON DUTY. People using pool facilities do so at their own risk. Management assumes no responsibility for accidents or injury. Management is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen items.

If, throughout your stay, you observe any activity you believe to be of concern, please call (559) 897-0351. If it is afterhours, follow the answering machine prompts and you will be directed to our after-hours phone.

If you need to call 911 for any reason, and time allows, please call the office so our maintenance staff can be prepared to escort the emergency personnel to your site.

Cancellations

Cancelations made up to 7 days prior to arrival date are subject to a cancelation fee of $25.

Cancelations made within 7 days of arrival date, are not refundable.  A camping credit will be issued for the amount of your stay.  Camping credit must be used within 1 year of cancelation date, or it will be forfeit.  

Cancelations made up to 7 days prior to arrival date in June and August are subject to a cancelation fee of $100.

By signing below, guest(s) acknowledges that no refund will be given for early departures or acts of nature.

 

Terms and Conditions: 

By signing below, for payments made by credit card, guest(s) agree to pay the above total amount according to the card issuer agreement and authorize any previously charged amounts. It is mandatory that a credit card remain on file. I understand that I am and remain personally liable to pay the total amount of my reservation prior to my scheduled check-in date, or at such an earlier date communicated to me. If I fail to pay the total due, I agree that Kings River RV Resort, LLC may charge any remaining balance (in addition to any damage charges or other amounts owed under these Terms and Conditions) to any credit or debit card on file with my reservation. Any amounts due after 30 days will be subject to the maximum late charge permitted under state law. By signing below, guest(s) agrees to hold harmless the property, it’s agents and affiliates for any damage, injuries, death, or acts of nature that may occur from use or occupation of the property. Use of property amenities and facilities are used solely at the discretion and risk of the guest(s). The property is not liable for misuse of amenities resulting in any damage or injury. By signing below, guest(s) acknowledges that they have read and agree to adhere to the property rules and regulations. Guest(s) understand that rules and regulations apply to all members or visitors of their party; not adhering to the rules and regulations may result in the party being asked to vacate the property without a refund. Kings River RV Resort is privately owned and operated and reserves the right to refuse service to anyone. Responsible guest(s) also warrant that they shall not open the gate for any other individual who is or claims to be a guest. Violations of this agreement will result in responsible guest and party being asked to leave the resort without a refund.
