RULES AND REGULATIONS ARE PROVIDED TO PROTECT KING'S ROW TRAILER PARK, INC PATRONS FOR THE ENJOYMENT, HEALTH AND SAFETY OF GUESTS. THE RULES SHOULD BE OBSERVED IN THE SPIRIT OF CONSIDERATION FOR OTHERS.

- All RV's must be owner occupied, if staying more than a week a copy of current REGISTRATION with GOVERNMENT ID is required on RV and Vehicles. Registration Vehicles must match owners name of the primary renter. *NO SUBLETTING*
- Any TOWABLE RV must be accompanied by a tow vehicle, also in the RVs OWNERS name and RV must be in towable, in moveable condition, SUSTAINABLE and SELF CONTAINED. NO RV older than 15 years old.
- ALL Travel Trailers, 5th Wheel Trailers, Motorhomes, Tow Vehicles and any ancillary vehicles must be consistently maintained in lawful road ready condition. Vehicles or RVs NOT in compliance may be required to be removed from the King's Row Trailer Park, Inc at the determination and discretion of Management.
- RENT is to be PAID at the BEGINNING of your stay. RENT must be paid in full upon the date it is due. LATE fees may apply.
*NO REFUNDS on UNUSED rent*
- CHECKOUT is at 12PM. Electric bills need to be paid for all weekly and monthly rates before checkout.
- ACCESS Codes - The sharing of access codes outside of your immediate party is strictly prohibited.
- GUESTS - All guests must be ACCOMPANIED by TENANT - Must be approved and REGISTER w/ office with GOVERNMENT ID. •There is a LIMIT of (2) two VEHICLES per space; additional parking is available for limited time (see map). *DO NOT PARK in OTHER tenants or vacant SPACES *SUBJECT TO TOW* Commercial Vehicles & Recreational Water Vehicles such as: Boats, Jet Skis' is Prohibited **8' trailer upon Management approval ONLY!**
- NO PARKING ON CURBSIDE, SIDEWALK, PATIO OR STREET PARKING.
- ALL truck campers must stay on truck at ALL times. Privacy curtains are required for ALL truck and van campers.
- TENT sites may ONLY be rented for (3) three days at a time. There is a limit of (2) two PEOPLE per tent. NO dogs or children allowed in tent sites.
- The SPEED limit is 10 MPH (16 KPH). Please watch for pedestrians at ALL times. Any RECKLESS drivers will be asked to leave the park.
- QUIET HOURS ARE 10 PM TO 8 AM. PLEASE KEEP NOISE DOWN. BE CONSIDERATE.
- As a COURTESY to your NEIGHBORS, PLEASE DO NOT PARK or WALK through their SITES.
- MAIL will be ACCEPTED for REGISTERED GUESTS ONLY. After a resident vacates - mail will not be accepted, it will be RETURNED to postmaster.
- Please WATER trees and shrubs in your space. You will be responsible to keep our plants alive. Please remove weeds, leaves, debris, clutter & trim shrubs in your space. Only patio furniture is allowed outside. NO indoor appliances allowed outside. Other structure requests need approval from management.
- KING'S ROW adheres to the CODE set forth by CLARK COUNTY HEALTH DEPARTMENT
- TRASH is to be thrown away in a timely fashion. ALL TENANTS ARE EXPECTED TO MAINTAIN TIDY SITES. Oversized or commercial dumping will result in a fine by the KR Management.
- NO more than (2) two pets ALLOWED per site. Apx 50 lbs at fully Grown. PETS must be on LEASHES at ALL TIMES - (including Cats). NEVER leave pets unattended or exposed to extreme weather. Animal Control will be called if neglect or abuse is suspected. ALWAYS keep your animal in YOUR space unless walking by leash.
- UNSAFE or excessively BARKING dogs will not be TOLERATED. Aggressive Breeds restricted by Insurance Policies. Authorized service animals are the exception - KR service or pets animal form maybe required.
- It is your RESPONSIBILITY to PICK UP AFTER your PETS. A service fee of $15 will be applied for picking up after your pets. If found feeding PIGEONS OR STRAY CATS you will be fined.
- Vehicle REPAIRS, such as servicing or changing oil are NOT ALLOWED. Dumping chemicals in sewer or garbage will result in a fine.
- PLEASE PRACTICE COMMON SENSE. BE SURE NOTTO LEAVE VALUABLE BELONGINGS OUTSIDE YOUR RV. KING'S ROW IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST, STOLEN OR DAMAGED ITEMS.
- ALL BBQ fires must be CONTAINED in proper EQUIPMENT. WATER HOSE must be nearby.
- THIS IS PRIVATE PROPERTY. Any violations of these park rules or generally anti-social behavior, aggressive and disruptive behavior with our staff members, rechall facility and park premises will not be accepted or tolerated. This may result in being asked to leave the park. (NRS 207.200) TRESPASSING IS NOT tolerated.
- MANAGEMENT reserves the right to make any changes deemed necessary to these regulations.
- We reserve the right to refuse service to ANYONE that has violated our rules and regulations or have vacated the park without paying ALL fees.
