So everyone can enjoy their stay here is a list of rules we need you and any of
your guests to follow.

**All stays require the following paperwork, please reply to this email with photos or screenshots:

A Copy of the registration and insurance for your rig (Rv, motorhome, trailer, etc.)
A Copy of a photo ID for all adults
Rabies vaccination papers if you bring pets
Signed rules and regulations agreement. You can sign this online or in person during check in.

We Require a paperwork copy of all up to date Rabies Vaccination paperwork for all dogs and cats that stay within the park. Your animal will not be allowed in the park without these documents on file. Failure to produce this paperwork before or on check in day will result in having your reservation cancelled without refund. If animal is too young or too old to be vaccinated, proper documentation to verify this will be required. This helps ensure the safety of not only the pets that currently live with us, but yours as well. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Please make sure you are only flushing RV toilet paper. Everything else will clog up the drains and you will be liable for any damages.Sewer hose needs to be supported off the ground with proper drainage.
Five miles per hour speed limit in the park. This is strict
Quiet hours are from 10pm to 7am
Propane fires or grills only
No washing or repairing vehicles in park
A paperwork copy of current, unexpired rabies vaccination paperwork is required for all dogs and cats within the park. No exceptions.
Pets are not allowed unattended outside of home and must always be on a leash
Pick up after your pet
Be respectful to all guests in park (if a conflict arises it will be handled appropriately)
If leaving your unit for more than two nights on the property unattended notify the office
Check out is at 11 AM. If you have not left by that time your property will be towed at your expense.
Dispose of all trash in the provided dumpsters. If trash is left on the site you hereby agree that the card on file will be charged a $50 site cleaning fee.

If there is a failure to follow the rules you have signed to follow, then you may be asked to
leave the property without a refund.

We are hoping you will join us at Kit Carson RV Park, but in case of a cancellation please be informed of our cancellation policy below.

If you cancel your reservation 8 days or more from your arrival date, you will be refunded everything back less a $25 processing fee for EACH cancelled reservation.
If you cancel your reservation within 3 to 8 days of your arrival date your card will be charged one night’s deposit.
If you cancel your reservation 48 hours or less of your arrival date no refund will be given.
Reservations who don’t contact us and don’t show up for their site will have their reservation cancelled without a refund.
We do not offer refunds for weather or change in travel plans.
Refunds for early departure will not be given nor will your visit be pro-rated.

*Campers leaving earlier than their original departure date will NOT receive a refund, this includes but is not limited to weather conditions, change of plans, or emergencies*

Unfortunately, even in cases of an emergency, we cannot refunds when a cancellation occurs without proper notice. We DO NOT offer refunds for WEATHER or MECHANICAL related instances. Additionally, guests who shorten their stay are liable for charges on cancelled nights. Ownership and Management reserve the right to approve refund requests based on each situation.
