Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy:​
We do not give credit or refunds due to the discomforts of nature. The fun continues rain or shine. Our cancellation policy varies depending on the timing of your cancellation notice in advance of the reservation date. This policy will apply regardless of COVID-19.

Campsite - Cancellation Policy for stays less than 28 nights:
Cancelling your reservation on the day of or within 7 days prior to arrival will result in no refund.
Cancelling your reservation 8 to 14 days prior to arrival, guest will be refunded half of your total stay.
Cancellations 15 or more days will receive a full refund minus a $15 processing fee.  

Lodging - Cancellation Policy for stays less than 28 nights:
Cancelling your reservation on the day of or within 14 days prior to arrival will result in no refund.
Cancelling your reservation 15-30 days prior to arrival, guest will be refunded half of your total stay.
Cancellations 31 or more days will receive a full refund minus a $50 processing fee.

No Show Policy:
Reservations will be held until check-out time on the day following your scheduled arrival. No shows will result in full forfeiture of funds.

The refund policy may be amended in the event a natural disaster for example, a blizzard, hurricane, or tropical storm watch/warning is issued for the camp-resort area or the guest's residence within 48 hours of the reservation arrival date OR when there is a mandatory evacuation of the area and the camp-resort will be closed for an extended period of time.
