We allow cancellations when they are done more than 30 days prior to your stay. When you reserve, please keep this in mind along with our refund policy.
A minimum 3 night stay is required for all reservations for the following holidays. Cancellations on holidays of Memorial Day Weekend, Labor Day Weekend, Fourth of July WEEK, Thanksgiving and Christmas are not allowed and you will be charged for 3 nights.
100% refund allowed if cancellation is more than 30 days prior to stay.
NO REFUND is given for cancellations within 30 days of your stay. We understand things beyond your control happen, but we will not refund if we do not have ample time to get the space rebooked.
