The cancellation policies are as follows:

All cancellations are subject to $ 25.00 fee.

* Cancel your reservation 31 days or more, 

   before your arrival date to recieve you choice of refund or camp credit (goes toward future reservation).

*Cancel your reservation 30 days or less results in no refund.

We do not cancel reservations by emailing us, if you need help call the resort at 250 578-8155 

Your reservation is a firm commitment,  No refunds are given should you leave early or arrive late.
