CAMPGROUND POLICIES

Campground Gate

For the privacy of our guests, we have a gate located at the entrance of the campground. We do ask for a $10.00 refundable deposit on all gate cards issued. 

Fireworks

Absolutely no use of fireworks within the campground. Sparklers are OK. Anyone using fireworks will be asked to leave without a refund. No exceptions. 

Children

Your children are your responsibility. All small children must be accompanied by an adult at all times, especially to restrooms, rec hall and lake. 

Beach/Waterfront

We DO NOT provide a lifeguard; exercise precaution. Parents should supervise their children at all times. Children under the age of 14 are not allowed on the beach without parental supervision. The beach is closed after dark; no swimming after dark. 

Sites

Only 1 RV, tent, family per site.

Speed Limit

Speed limit is 4.5 MPH throughout the entire campground. 

Pets

Pets are allowed except in our trailer rentals. All pets must be kept on a 6 foot or shorter leash at all times and picked up after. We ask that you do not leave them unattended outside and keep them from making excessive noise. Pets are not allowed in any public building, on beach or in ballfield. 

Visitors

All visitors are welcome, but we do ask that they stop in our store and register with the site they plan on visiting. We also ask for a small fee for each visitor and these are listed in the rates. Day Visitors are asked to check out by 9:00 pm. Overnight Visitors are asked to check out by 10:00 am the next morning. 

Vehicle Parking and Car Passes

Only one vehicle per site is allowed. All other vehicles are asked to park in the parking lot located near the gate. All vehicles must have a car pass hanging from their rearview mirror so that we can identify all vehicles entering the campground. 

ATV’s and/or Motorcycles

ATVs and motorcycles are not allowed past the campground gate. 

Bicycles & Childrens Motorized Vehicles

All children are required to wear bicycle helmets while riding their bikes. Please make sure that all bicycles are on site before dark. We also ask you to please keep all children’s motorized vehicles on your site at all times. 

Quiet Time

Our quiet hours are from 11:00 pm to 7:00 am. Anyone under the age of 18 must be on their site by 10:00 pm unless they are with their parents. 

GENERAL CONDITIONS:
The camper and all members of his/her group agree that in consideration of the rental (whether a campsite, general facility or equipment), Kokatosi Campground shall not be responsible for loss or damage to property, or injury to person, occurring in or around grounds owned by Kokatosi Campground, by reason of any existing or future condition, defect, matter, or thing on said lands or for acts, omissions or negligence of other persons or camper in or around the premises. The campers agree to indemnify and hold Kokatosi Campground harmless from all claims and liability for loss of or damages to property, or injury to persons occurring in or around the campground.

By accepting this reservation, Guest hereby waives, releases and discharges and covenants not to sue Kokatosi RV LLC, dba Kokatosi Campground for all claims and liability for personal injury, accidents, property damage, any other claim arising out of or in connection with Guests’ use of the Rental/Property. Further, Guest agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless The Kokatosi Campground from all losses, claims, expenses and demands, including attorneys’ fees, that The Kokatosi Campground may incur arising out of or in connection with Guests’ use of the Rental/Property. Guest further agrees to be responsible and liable for the actions and safety of every person in their group. The Kokatosi Campground reserves the right to remove any renter, occupant or guest who is subject to a lifetime registration requirement under a State sexual offender registration program.


ANYONE NOT COMPLYING WITH THESE POLICIES OR BEING DISRUPTIVE WILL BE ASKED TO LEAVE THE CAMPGROUND
