Ladson RV Park Policy Guest Agreement
Important Notice
By making a site payment, you agree to all terms and conditions outlined in this Guest Agreement. A hard copy of the park rules is available at the park office entrance. Pricing is subject to change at any time.
Failure to comply with park rules may result in immediate ejection without a refund. Park Management reserves the right to refuse, deny or terminate a Registered Guest's stay at any time for any reason, including but not limited to those identified in the Lodging Establishment Act (S.C. Code Ann. § 45-2-10, et. seq.) and to modify park rules as needed. Acceptance of the rules within Campspot indicates that you have read, understood, and will comply with all rules. Signing this agreement also authorizes the park to contact you via text or email.
Check-In / Check-Out
- Check-In Time: Between 3:00 PM and dusk
- Check-Out Time: 11:00 AM
- Quiet Hours: 9:00 PM to 9:00 AM
Reservations and Cancellations
- Cancellation Policy:
- Reservations canceled more than 14 days before arrival will incur a $50.00 cancellation fee
- Reservations canceled 7-14 days before arrival will incur a $200.00 cancellation fee
- Reservations canceled less than 7 days before arrival will result in NO REFUND
Refunds and Early Departure
- No Refund Policy:
- If you are asked to leave or are ejected from the park, NO REFUND will be issued.
- Early Departure:
- A 30-day written notice is required before departure.
- Departures before the reservation end date without a 30-day notice will be charged the lesser of the remaining outstanding reservation balance or the current monthly rate.
Payment Terms
- Reservation Payment:
- All sites must be reserved and paid for online with a credit card before arrival.
- Full payment is required to secure your site.
- Recurring Payments:
- Due on the dates listed in your invoice. Late payments may not be accepted, and non-payment may result in ejection.
- Monthly sites are automatically billed using the card on file each time a payment is due. If you need to change the card on file, please let us know.
- Ejection for Non-Payment:
- Failure to pay and refusal to leave will result in ejection under South Carolina law (TITLE 45 CHAPTER 2). RVs or vehicles left behind will be towed at the owner’s expense.
Site Selection and Changes
- Site Requests:
- Specific sites may be requested but are not guaranteed. Management may require you to move during your stay.
- Mail and Address Policy:
- All guests and individuals staying at Ladson RV Park are considered temporary and/or transient and, therefore, may not use the park address for mail, packages, residency, voter registration, school registration, credit card applications, emergency room visits, vehicle/RV registration, or as a permanent address in ANY situation.
Pet Policy
- Pet Restrictions:
- Maximum of 2 pets. No Pitbulls, Chows, Dobermans, German Shepherds, Rottweilers, any mix thereof, or aggressive breeds allowed. Pets are permitted at the discretion of Ladson RV Park.
- Pet Handling:
- Pets must be kept on a leash that is no longer than 6 feet and is attached to your body at all times while outside your RV. Portable pet fences are not allowed. DO NOT tie pets to any of the park trees or fixtures.
- Pet Clean-Up:
- Immediate clean-up is required. DO NOT let your pet deposit waste on any other guests' sites. Failure to do so may result in a $50.00 pet cleanup fee or ejection.
- Behavior:
- Excessive barking is not tolerated and may result in ejection. Dogs that attack or show vicious behavior toward other pets or Guests will be required to leave the park within 24 hours. Dogs must remain inside their RV until removed from the park.
- Vaccinations:
- All pets must be vaccinated and have up-to-date shots in accordance with applicable state and local law. Proof of up-to-date vaccinations must be provided upon request.
- Visitor Pets:
- Visitors are held to the same rules as guests. Guests are responsible for violations made by a visitor.
- Indemnification:
- Guests with animals must use every care to ensure the safety of visitors and other patrons. Guests shall obey all applicable state, county and city regulations regarding the keeping of pets. Registered Guest agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Park Management or Owners for any loss, injury, or liability caused by all Registered Guest’s pets.
Vehicles and Parking
- Vehicle Requirements:
- Only 1 RV is permitted per site.
- RVs must be a model year 2004 or newer, anything older is managers discretion.
- RVs must have a self contained bathroom, be in good functioning condition, kept clean, properly repaired and maintained to be movable at any time.
- All vehicles must be registered and “road-ready”, with current tags and insurance as mandated by state and local law. The certificate of insurance should indicate coverage for the duration of the registered guest's stay in Ladson RV Park.
- Parking:
- Parking is limited to designated sites. You are guaranteed 1 parking spot. Additional parking is permitted in the overflow parking area for a $100.00 fee. DO NOT park on the grass, block neighbors, or block roads.
- Site and Park Navigation:
- Drive carefully at 5 mph or less for all vehicles at all times. DO NOT walk or cut through other guests’ sites.
- Prohibited Vehicles and Storage:
- Storage is not allowed around your RV. Ladson RV Park does not provide storage for campers, cars, boats, utility trailers, etc.
- ATVs, motorized vehicles for children, 2-stroke golf carts, and dirt bikes are not allowed.
- Maintenance and Repairs:
- No vehicle repairs or exterior updates without park approval.
- Absolutely no filling automobiles with engine oil, radiator fluid, transmission fluid and/or brake fluid. There is a $50.00 fee for vehicle fluid spills.
- Washing vehicles/RV in the park is not permitted.
- Request for Information:
- All owners of RVs shall furnish to Park Management a copy of the registration for the RV immediately upon request. A certificate of insurance for the RV must be available to Park Management. Ladson RV Park will not accept responsibility for any vehicle damage, theft of vehicles, or property. Please lock and secure your belongings.
RV Site Expectations
- Site Cleanliness:
- All belongings must stay within the confines of your site. Your site must be kept neat, clean, and free of trash and litter, including plastics, cans, bottles, and cigarettes. Personally stored items outside your RV should be kept to a minimum.
- Fences, underpinning, gazebos, barriers, pallets, external storage buildings/sheds, freezers, utility trailers, hot tubs, kiddie pools, gas cans, clothes lines, tarps, oil/Kerosene lamps and generators are prohibited.
- Rugs bigger than 3' x 2' are not allowed on grass.
- RV sites must be cleaned before leaving. Failure to pay may result in a $50.00 site cleanup fee.
- Trash Disposal:
- Garbage may not be stored outside your RV.
- A dumpster is available on the east side of the park. Trash must fit in the dumpster. Do not dispose of any motor oil, cooking oil, wires, furniture, mattresses or any toxic or hazardous waste items. Only household garbage is permitted. No dumping garbage from work or other outside sources.
- No dumping of sewage or water from your camper onto the ground.
- No disposing of female sanitary products or condoms into the sewer system.
- Failure to properly dispose of trash and waste may result in a $50.00 fee.
- Water Usage:
- No excessive water use. Guests are responsible for fixing water leaks inside and outside of their RV. Report leaks immediately. If a guest knowingly allows a leak to persist, park management may assess an excess water usage fee.
- Sewer Connection:
- A sewer hose donut or L connector is required on all sewer connections.
- An air tight connection must be made at the guest’s responsibility to the RV parks connection so that no materials/liquids enter or exit the sewer system.
- No dumping of sewage or water from your camper onto the ground.
- No disposing of female sanitary products or condoms into the sewer system.
- Additional Expections:
- Do not climb or cut the trees or shrubs within the park.
- Do not fly drones in the park.
- Small grills and small picnic tables are allowed.
Fire and Explosives
- Open Fires:
- No open or ground fires on site.
- The fire pit located on the island is available for use from the hours of 9:00 AM to Midnight.
- Do not leave fire unattended. Children under 18 must have a parent with them at all times when fire is going on. If you start a fire in the fire pit, it’s your responsibility to fully extinguish it before you leave the fire pit.
- Fires must be free of nails, glass, and garbage.
- Fireworks and Firearms:
- Fireworks and firearms are strictly prohibited.
Personal Conduct
- Noise:
- No loud noise or disturbances. Sound should not be heard outside of your site.
- Alcohol and Smoking:
- Confine alcohol and smoking to your site.
- No underage drinking. Any accidents, damages, or incidents involving alcohol consumption falls under your liability and is the responsibility of you and the persons staying or visiting with you. Overconsumption of alcohol is not allowed. No soliciting, selling, advertising, or distribution of any product including alcohol.
- Recklessness:
- Anything which creates a threat to health and safety and/or is a violation of Federal, County or State law will result in ejection without refund. No illegal drugs, weapons, and dangerous behavior.
- Inappropriate Displays:
- No offensive signs, flags, or displays.
- No lewd behavior, nudity, or profanity.
Safety and Emergencies
- Emergency Contact:
- Emergency Contact Information is required from all guests. This information remains private and used only when a situation arises when we need to contact someone in the event of an emergency or is sought by law enforcement agencies. We never give personal information out to others. If you observe any activity you believe to be of concern, call (843) 604-9440, 24 hours a day. (No soliciting is allowed.)
- Please call 911 for all emergencies, and if time allows, please call the office so the maintenance staff can be prepared to escort the emergency personnel to your site.
- Named Storms:
- In case of a named storm headed to SC you must vacate the premises with your RV and all belongings. NO REFUNDS will be given because it is an act of God. If you fail to do so you will be held liable for any damages caused by your RV or belongings.
- Electrical Use:
- You are responsible for understanding how many AMPs you are using in your RV. AMP usage over the 50 AMPs provided can trip your breaker. Please be mindful of the AMP usage, so that you do not trip the breaker during your stay. Please notify the office so that we can notify maintenance if you have any electrical issues during your stay.
- Guests are not permitted to diagnose our electrical pedestals per insurance and safety requirements. Maintenance is happy to help. Even if you are an electrician, laws prohibit you from working on our pedestals unless we hire you to do so, have a permit and a North Charleston License.
Insurance
- Liability:
- Ladson RV Park assumes no responsibility for injury, accidents or losses from any cause. Ladson RV Park is not responsible for loss of personal property or for accidents of any nature. Ladson RV Park is not responsible for electrical or plumbing problems inside the Guest’s RV. We strongly suggest using a surge protector and water regulator between the park’s utilities and the RV.
- Ladson RV Park does not carry public liability or property damage insurance to compensate Registered Guests, their Visitors or any other person from any loss, damage, or injury except those resulting from actions where Park would be legally liable for such loss, damage or injury.
- Registered Guest is responsible for obtaining insurance, at their own cost, extended coverage for RV, fire and other casualty insurance on the RV, other improvements and contents to the full insurable value and such other insurance as is necessary to protect Registered Guest or their Visitor or others from loss or liability, and Registered Guest hereby agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Owner and Park Management from any liability thereof. Insurance should also cover debris removal. Evidence of Insurance is required for Registered Guests.
Additional Rules
- Visitors:
- Only registered guests are permitted in the park. Visitors must depart by 10:00 PM unless registered for an overnight stay.
- Each site is allowed 2 guests during the day unless approved first. Ladson RV Park reserves the right to limit the number of people visiting a site.
- Visitors are held to the same rules as guests.
- Registered guests are responsible for the actions of their visitors. Guests should ensure their visitors are properly registered and that all park rules are followed. If your visitor is asked to leave, you may also be asked to leave depending on the situation.
- Children:
- Children under 18 must be supervised at all times.
- Anyone under the age of 18 must be back at their site by dusk unless at the fire pit accompanied by a parent or guardian.
- Parents are responsible for the behaviors and safety of their children; the grounds, pond, firepit, and wetland areas can be hazardous. Riding bicycles, without a parent present, on our main entrance road is prohibited for the safety of your children and our RV guests. Wearing helmets while riding bicycles is requested for children.
- Fishing and Prohibited Areas:
- Guests can only fish in permitted fishing areas during daylight hours. The permitted area is along the bank of the pond from the island to the giant bamboo.
- Must clean up fishing tackle.
- Please avoid the wetlands, forest, swimming pool, house, and land around it.
- Swimming in the pond is not permitted.
- Sale or Subleasing:
- Subleasing, renting or assigning any rights or interest that the Registered Guest may have to others under this Rules Agreement is not allowed.
- Selling your RV does not transfer site rights. The buyer’s application must be approved, or they will not be allowed to stay.
Additional Charges and Fees
- Notice:
- You authorize Ladson RV Park Management to charge your credit card on file for any fees, charges, or outstanding balances.
- Fees are due on the same day the violation occurred.
- Charges and Fees:

- $50.00 site cleaning fee per hour
- $50.00 cancellation fee for reservations canceled more than 14 days before arrival

- $100.00 charge per month per vehicle for an overflow parking spot
- $100.00 bounced check or ACH return fee
- $150.00 - $600.00 cabin cleaning fee.
- $200.00 cancellation fee for reservations canceled 7-14 days before arrival
- NO REFUND cancellations made less than 7 days before arrival
This agreement ensures that all guests have a safe and enjoyable experience at Ladson RV Park. Thank you for your cooperation!
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
I AGREE, and shall cause my children, invitees, and guests, to abide by the Park Rules set forth by 170 Sumpter Hill Circle House LLC and #76 Logan Scott House LLC, both entities hereinafter referred to as “Ladson RV Park”, including those rules and policies published at www.ladsonrvpark.com, posted at the Premises, or otherwise communicated in any manner by Ladson RV Park Management.
I further understand and agree that Ladson RV Park does not give credit or refunds due to the discomforts of nature. Ladson RV Park's refund policy varies, depending on the timing of the cancellation notice in advance of the reservation date, as follows: Campsites: If a reservation is canceled more than 14 days prior to the arrival date, we issue a full refund, minus the non-refundable $50 transaction fee. For a reservation canceled 7-14 days prior to the arrival date, we issue a full refund, minus the non-refundable $200 transaction fee. For a reservation canceled less than 7 days, no refund will be issued. For reservations paid with a credit card, refunds will be credited to the credit card on file with respect to the reservation
I HEREBY AGREE TO DEFEND, INDEMNIFY, HOLD HARMLESS, EXONERATE AND COVENANT NOT TO SUE Ladson RV Park Management, 170 Sumpter Hill Circle House LLC, its owners and agents, invitees/guests, personal representatives, heirs and assigns, #76 Logan Scott House LLC, its owners and agents, invitees/guests, personal representatives, heirs and assigns for and from any and all liabilities, claims, lawsuits, arbitrations, fines, or other charges for or from any and all loss or damage for personal injury (including death), property damage or economic loss relating to, or arising out of, use and occupancy of the Ladson RV Park property, pond, and fire pit (collectively, the Premises) and any dangers and hazards associated with acts of nature such as changing weather conditions; including but not limited to: high winds; thunder and lightning; temperature fluctuations; falling trees; tree limbs, ice; or encounters with wildlife, relating to use of the Premises by me, my children, and/or my invitees/guests or due to any incidents that may occur during my stay. I understand that, although Ladson RV Park Management makes every reasonable effort to provide a secure environment, the security of my person, my belongings, and all persons in my party is my sole responsibility.
As a courtesy, our employees, if so requested, may assist with directing you to your designated campsite. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that the site will accommodate your specific trailer/RV and that you will not hit any branches, bollards, trees, electrical boxes, etc., or run over any water or sewer lines when positioning your RV on the campsite. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ladson RV Park, its owners and agents (collectively “Ladson RV Park Management”) from any loss, liability, damage, or cost (including attorney's fees) that may result from an employee or owner assisting or directing you onto a campsite. Furthermore, you release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue Ladson RV Park Management for any and all liability, loss, or property damage relating to an employee or owner assisting/directing you to your site.
I understand that I am and remain personally liable to pay the total amount of my reservation prior to my scheduled check-in date, or at such earlier date as may be communicated to me. If I fail to pay the total due, I expressly authorize and agree that Ladson RV Park, may charge any remaining balance (in addition to any damage charges or other amounts owed under these Terms and Conditions) to any credit or debit card on file with my reservation. Any amounts due after 30 days will be subject to the maximum late charge permitted under state law. In the event that any amounts remain due and unpaid, Ladson RV Park is entitled to recover all costs of collection, including but not limited to reasonable attorney’s fees and court costs.
The Premises are privately owned and THE LADSON RV PARK MANAGEMENT RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE to anyone for any reason except for those prohibited by law. Ladson RV Park Management reserves the right to require any person or party it deems necessary to leave the campground based on violations of Park Rules or behavior management deems inappropriate or disturbing to others. Harassment or mistreatment of our staff or other guests, including but not limited to racist comments or hate speech, will not be tolerated under any circumstances and will be grounds for refusal of service. In addition, I understand that I am responsible for the actions of all persons in my party, including any children, and any guests that visit during my stay.
On behalf of each person in my party, I grant Ladson RV Park and its affiliated entities and promotional partners the right to include any photographic, video and other visual portrayals of each person in my party in any medium and for any purpose.
I have read the TERMS AND CONDITIONS and agree to it as well as all Ladson RV Park Rules and regulations.
Additional Terms for RV and Cabin Rental Guests
I understand and agree as follows:
Site cleanliness. All of my belongings must stay within the confines of my site. My site must be kept neat, clean, and free of trash and litter, including plastics, cans, bottles, and cigarettes. Personally stored items outside your RV should be kept to a minimum. Rugs bigger than 3' x 2' are not allowed on grass. Fences, underpinning, gazebos, barriers, external storage buildings/sheds, freezers, utility trailers, hot tubs, kiddie pools, gas cans, clothes lines, tarps, oil/Kerosene lamps and generators are prohibited. Ladson RV Park Management is authorized, without notice, to charge my credit card with a ($50.00 minimum charge) site cleanliness fee for failure to adhere to the rules in this section.
Trash disposal. A dumpster is located on the east side of the park. All trash must be placed inside this dumpster. I will not dispose of motor oil, cooking oil, wires, furniture, mattresses, or any toxic or hazardous waste. Only household garbage is allowed in the dumpster; I will not discard waste from work or other external sources. If there is any issue accessing the dumpster, I understand that it is my responsibility to contact Ladson RV Park Management to assist with said issue. Additionally, I will not dump sewage or water from my camper onto the ground. Ladson RV Park Management is authorized, without notice, to charge my credit card with a ($50.00 minimum charge) trash disposal fee for failure to adhere to the rules in this section.
RV site departure. At departure, my RV site is to be left in a reasonably clean condition, garbage is to be removed from the RV site and placed inside the park dumpster, and no personal property is to be left behind. Ladson RV Park Management is authorized, without notice, to charge my credit card with a ($50.00 minimum charge) site cleaning fee per hour of labor (1 hour minimum) that is required to remove trash and items left behind on the site after departure.
Vehicle Repairs: I will not perform any vehicle repairs or exterior updates without prior Park approval. Additionally, I will not fill vehicles with engine oil, radiator fluid, transmission fluid, or brake fluid. Ladson RV Park Management is authorized, without notice, to charge my credit card with a ($50.00 minimum charge) vehicle fluid spill fee for failure to adhere to the rules in this section.
Pet cleanup. I will immediately clean-up after my pet(s) deposits waste. Additionally, I will not let my pet(s) waste on any other guests' sites or in prohibited areas. Ladson RV Park Management is authorized, without notice, to charge my credit card with a ($50.00 minimum charge) pet cleanup fee for failure to adhere to the rules in this section.
Cancellations. I understand that reservations canceled more than 14 days before arrival will incur a $50.00 cancellation fee, reservations canceled 7-14 days before arrival will incur a $200.00 cancellation fee, and reservations canceled less than 7 days before arrival will result in no refund. Ladson RV Park Management is authorized, without notice, to withhold the amounts in this section if I cancel my reservation within the time frames in this section.
ACH return. If my payment method results in a bounced check or an ACH return fee, Ladson RV Park Management is authorized, without notice, to charge my credit card with a ($100.00 minimum charge) bounced check or ACH return fee for failure to adhere to the rules in this section.
Overflow Parking. I understand that I am guaranteed a minimum of 1 vehicle parking space per RV or cabin site. If I require more parking than my site allows, I must request and obtain Park approval to use an overflow parking spot. If permitted by Ladson RV Park Management, I authorize, without notice, Ladson RV Park Management to charge my credit card a $100.00 charge per month per vehicle for an overflow parking spot.
Excess water usage. I will not excessively use water. I will not wash any of my vehicles inside the park. I am responsible for identifying and fixing water leaks inside and outside of my RV. I will report leaks immediately, and if I knowingly allow a leak to persist, Ladson RV Park Management is authorized, without notice, to charge my credit card with a ($100.00 minimum charge) excess water usage fee for failure to adhere to the rules in this section.
Cabin cleaning. At departure, the cabin is to be left in a reasonably clean condition (broom swept), garbage is to be removed from the unit and placed inside the dumpster, all kitchens and kitchenettes are to be left clean, all dishes are to be washed and put away, and the microwave, fridge, stove, and countertops are to be wiped clean; if, at Ladson RV Park Management’s sole discretion, the cabin is not clean as identified above, Ladson RV Park Management is authorized, without notice, to charge my credit card with a ($150.00 minimum charge) cabin cleaning fee. I understand and agree that if I leave the unit in an unreasonably unclean condition, permit a pet to occupy a cabin, or smoke in a in the unit, Ladson RV Park Management is authorized, without notice, to charge my credit card for the cost to professionally clean the unit ($600.00 minimum charge). Any damages to the unit, whether caused by myself, my children, guests, invitees or pets, will be disclosed to the registration office immediately or at checkout. I authorize, without notice, that any damages occurring to the unit during my stay will be charged to my credit card after aninspection has been made by Ladson RV Park Management. Damages for which I will be responsible include but are not limited to: lost key(s), broken/lost heating or AC unit, broken items, discharged fire extinguishers (if not used for a fire), damaged/dented/bent appliances, furniture, cabinetry or dishes, writing on walls or bedding, and ripped or torn mattresses or covers.
Due payment. I understand that if I do not pay in full, my reservation will be automatically billed when a payment comes due. Payment due dates are listed in the reservation summary accessible through the link in the reservation confirmation email. Payments are to be paid by the due date. If I fail to pay by the invoice due date I understand that I will be ejected from the park under Law of South Carolina (TITLE 45 CHAPTER 2 OF THE SOUTH CAROLINA LODGING ESTABLISHMENT ACT). I agree that Ladson RV Park Management is authorized, without notice, to charge my card for the outstanding balance on my reservation.
I understand that it is my responsibility to notify Ladson RV Park Management if I wish to change my credit card used for charges and payments and allow for reasonable time for Ladson RV Park Management to update my new card information.
I authorize, without notice, Ladson RV Park Management to charge my credit card on file for any outstanding balance at checkout not settled prior to the payment due date, and for reasonable fees incurred by violating the Park Rules, including those rules and policies published at www.LadsonRVPark.com, posted at the Premises, or otherwise communicated in any manner by Ladson RV Park Management not listed in the terms and conditions.
Animal Waiver
I hereby agree to the following regulations and conditions relating to my dog while camping at Ladson RV Park with my dog.
Excluded Areas. I agree to keep my dog out of the following areas: neighboring RV sites, pond, surrounding woods, neighboring properties, and private residence area.
Excluded Dogs. I agree that the Ladson RV Park has the sole discretion to exclude dogs. The basis for exclusion may include, but is not limited to the following: breed-specific exclusions; sickness; dogs in heat; dogs that are aggressive, vicious, dangerous, or potentially dangerous, as determined by Ladson RV Park; require muzzling; cause a disturbance to other guests; or are easily frightened or sensitive, resulting in disruptive behavior (such as fighting or biting) in response to a stimulus.
Supervision. I agree to keep my dog on a leash or in a carrier while in all public areas of the Ladson RV Park. I further agree to have my dog with me or a designated individual at all times, and understand that I may not leave my dog unattended on the premises. I agree to prevent noise or any other disturbance by my dog, in the interest of other guests at the Ladson RV Park.
Vaccinations. I represent and warrant that my dog is up to date on all vaccinations (including rabies and distemper) and flea treatments, and will, upon reasonable request, provide records of such vaccinations and treatments.
Disturbances. I agree that, should my dog create any disturbances, which cause complaints to be made to the management by other guests or employees of the Ladson RV Park, at the request of a Ladson RV Park employee, I will immediately make arrangements, at my sole expense, to house my dog elsewhere outside the Ladson RV Park. Additionally, I understand and agree that if my dog becomes aggressive, exhibits dangerous or potentially dangerous behavior, or causes damage to other guests, employees, or the Ladson RV Park, I may be asked to leave the campground, and if so, I will not be entitled to a refund.
Assumption of Risk and Release. I understand that my permission to have my dog at the Ladson RV Park with me is a privilege and not a contractual right. Such permission is expressly conditional upon my adherence to the terms of these rules and other rules in effect at any given time. I understand that Ladson RV Park may revoke such permission at any time for any reason. Additionally, I hereby assume all responsibility for risks, injury, damage, or other harm that may occur while my dog is at Ladson RV Park or caused by my dog. Further, I hereby knowingly, voluntarily and expressly release and discharge Ladson RV Park, its owner, its agents, its parent companies, members, managers, directors, officers, and employees ("Released Parties") from any and all claims, damages, liabilities, injuries, demands, or causes of action, both present and future, whether known, unknown, anticipated, or unanticipated, that I or my guests or invitees may have against any of the Released Parties arising out of or incident to my dog's presence in Ladson RV Park, whether arising from any act or omission, whether negligent or otherwise, of me, my dog, and/or any guest or invitee. I further agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless each of the Released Parties for any and all such claims, damages, liabilities, injuries, demands, or causes of action, including costs, expenses, and attorney's fees arising as a result of or related to the presence of the dog at Ladson RV Park. This provision shall be enforceable to the fullest extent of the law.
Acknowledgment. By signing below, I acknowledge that I have read the foregoing Assumption of Risk & Release, and all other terms and conditions, and fully understand its provisions and implications. My execution of this Release is entirely voluntary and intended to be binding on my heirs, executors, legal representatives, and assigns. I have read this Animal Waiver and understand it is my responsibility to abide by the Rules. I further understand that it is my responsibility to ensure that my guests and invitees also comply with the Rules. Failure to adhere to the policies and rules set forth herein may result in my removal from Ladson RV Park without a refund.
I have read the above agreement, and I fully understand and accept this agreement.
