Cancellation Policy

Deposits and Cancellations

1 - Deposit upon confirmed booking equal 25% of the total stay price not incl. taxes. Electricity charged at a daily rate upon check in
2 - Rates subject to change
3 - Cancellations made greater than 30 days from before check in but less than 60 days before check in shall result in a refund of 50% of the deposit
4 - Cancellations made greater than 60 days in advance of check in date shall receive a full refund of the deposit.
5 - There are no payment refunds or credits for early departures or for cancellations received less than 30 days prior to arrival.
