• By proceeding with this reservation, I agree to the below-mentioned statements:
  My Recreational Vehicle is a Class A, Super C, or 5th Wheel (5th wheel must be 35ft or longer and 10 years or newer) unless otherwise approved by Laguna Caribe

  I understand that the posted rates are exclusive of Lee County sales tax @6.5% and tourist tax of 5%.
  I understand that the posted rates are exclusive of electrical power use.

Identity and Address of Responsible Party

Laguna Caribe at Cypress Woods, LLC (Developer), a Florida registered LLC in real estate development and sales, is located at 3001 Tamiami Tr N, Suite 206, Naples, FL 34102. Laguna Caribe Homeowners, Inc. (Association), a Florida not-for-profit corporation, is located at 5415 Laguna Caribe Cir, Fort Myers, FL 33905. The Association represents property owners within the Laguna Caribe community in accordance with Florida Statutes Chapter 720.

Information Collected

The Developer and Association collect personal data from customers, members, owners, renters, suppliers, and third parties. This data may include:

Individuals: Full name, home address, nationality, date and place of birth, marital status, profession, contact numbers, email, references, school info, safety/environmental testing, bank account details, tax ID, and personal preferences.

Entities: Name, commercial activity, EIN, address, incorporation date, phone number, email, and representative details.

This data is collected to comply with legal requirements and manage relationships.

Confidentiality and Handling of Personal Data

Personal data is handled confidentially and stored securely using technological means to prevent unauthorized access. The data is used for legal compliance, operational needs, and providing services. Except for sensitive data, personal information may also be used for publicity, promotions, telemarketing, product development, client satisfaction surveys, and updates on services provided by the Developer and Association.

Sensitive Personal Data includes information that could result in discrimination or harm if misused, such as racial or ethnic origin, health condition, or political beliefs. This data is used strictly for business or employer-employee relations.

Personal data must be accurate and up to date. Data may be updated if inaccurate or incomplete.

Limitations on Use and Disclosure of Data

Personal data is handled confidentially and may be disclosed to fulfill legal obligations, comply with legal rulings, or for operational needs. Transfers of personal data to third parties will be done securely, ensuring adequate protection.

When personal data is no longer needed or required by law, it will be safely disposed of.
