Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Period:

•  If cancellation is made 30 days in advance of the reservation start date, guest will incur a $25 cancellation fee per site booked.
•  If cancellation is made 14-29 days in advance of the reservation start date, guest will receive a 50% refund.
•  If cancellation is made 7-13 days in advance of the reservation start date, guest will receive a 25% refund.
•  No refunds are provided for cancellations made less than 7 days in advance of the reservation start date.

Modifications:

•  Changes to your reservation dates or site type are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. You can edit your reservation through Campspot.

No-Show Policy:

•  Failure to arrive without prior cancellation will result in the forfeiture of the full reservation cost. Your reservation will be held till 11:00AM the day after scheduled arrival date.

Force Majeure & Refunds:

•  No refunds for circumstances such as inclement weather, voluntary departure, acts of nature, evictions or, Covid-19. Only exceptions would be in extreme situations that require evacuation. Any refunds approved will be issued in the original form of payment. Refunds made via credit/debit card will be returned to the original card used for payment.
