Cancellations & Camp Credit

  • 7+ Days Before Arrival – Cancel at least 7 days before your arrival date and receive Camp Credit (valid for 1 year from your cancellation date).

  • Within 7 Days of Arrival – No refund or Camp Credit will be issued.

  • How to Cancel – Cancellations must be made by phone at 405-372-5157. (Email cancellations ARE NOT accepted.) No exceptions.

  • Reservation Transfers – Same rules apply as cancellations or at manager's discretion.

  • Camp Credit – Can be used toward a future stay at Lake Carl Blackwell within 1 year of your cancellation.

⚠️ Important: No refunds or credits will be issued for weather or nature-related discomforts once your stay begins. Management may make exceptions at their discretion.
