Cancellation Policy

• Check in time is 12 noon Eastern standard time. Check out time is 11am Eastern standard time.
• Reservations that are cancelled 48 hours or more prior to the check-in date, will pay a $10 cancellation fee, and have the remaining balance paid as camp credit for a future stay.
• Reservations that are cancelled within 48 hours of check-in date will be charged the full amount of the reservation balance as a cancellation penalty. No refunds.

Guests that need to cancel a monthly reservation should contact the Resort Office for cancellation policies and fees. Monthly reservations vary and booking fees are higher which will be disclosed at time of booking.
