Refund Policy

Refunds for reservation cancellations are as follows:

Grace Period:  Full refund if reservation is cancelled within 24hrs of booking (unless arrival date is within 72hrs)

Cancellation outside of 30 days of arrival date - Full refund less the booking and site lock fees for every site reserved

Cancellation within 30 days prior to arrival date - Full refund less the cost for one night stay + booking and site lock fees for every site reserved

Cancellation within 72 hours of arrival is non-refundable
