Cancellation Policy:

Cancellation outside of ten (10) days is allowed a refund minus a $20.00 cancellation fee or a rain check (credit for one (1) year) for the full amount.

Cancellation inside of ten (10) days is not allowed a refund or rain check (credit).

Reasons for cancellation include but are not limited to: acts of God, fire, flood, natural disaster, strikes, war or threat of war, acts or threats of terrorism, civil disorder, unauthorized strikes, governmental regulation or advisory, disease outbreaks, epidemics, pandemics, or other similar occurences beyond the owner’s or management's control.

Terms & Conditions/Guidelines

The following terms & conditions are designed to make your stay at the resort as pleasant and enjoyable as possible. They have been designed to preserve nature at its best, protect the property, its guests, and conform to certain state and local requirements. It is our hope that by following these terms & conditions, the resort can be a more pleasant, beautiful, and desirable place to stay.

Late Check-ins: If you are arriving outside of normal office hours there will be a check in packet with your name/site number in the information box located outside the front of our office. If you need further assistance checking in please refer to the information page in the packet for an after hours/management number.

  • Resort

    • Quiet Hours: 11:00 PM to 8:00 AM. This is a family-oriented resort. Please show courtesy to all our guests as noise from a site can create a disturbance or interfere with other guests’ enjoyment.

    • Speed Limit: The speed limit is 10 MPH throughout the resort.

    • Photos: Entrance into or onto the resort and surrounding property constitutes permission/consent for the management of the resort to use any pictures, videos, or likeness of you, your relatives, or your guests for any lawful purpose without compensation.

    • Amenities/Activities: These are anticipated to be available and scheduled but not guaranteed throughout the season. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, they may need to be revised or canceled with no refund as they have no cash value.

    • Laundry: The resort has a laundry room located in the upper bathhouse near the playground and is open 24 hours, 7 days a week.

    • Pavilion: Use of the pavilion for private gatherings must be arranged with the office at least two (2) weeks in advance. All applicable fees must be paid in full at the time arrangements are made. Guests and their visitors are required to obey all resort rules. Guests are responsible for their own clean-up when using the pavilion.

  • Sites

    • Use: Guest(s) may use one RV site for one recreational vehicle. Additionally, they may have two passenger automobiles. Please do not park your vehicle(s) on an empty site or the grass. Additional parking is located throughout the resort.

    • Occupants: 2 adults and their children 18 and under are allowed. Maximum occupancy per site is 8.

    • Visitors: Guests may have visitors. All visitors must be pre-registered and the applicable fees must be paid at the office prior to entry. Check-in is not permitted after 8:00 PM.

    • Children: All children must be at their site by 11:00 PM. Parents or legal guardians are responsible for the whereabouts, actions, and safety of their children at all times. Children must be under adult supervision during quiet time & while going to the restrooms. No one under 16 years of age shall be left unsupervised at any time.

    • Pets: Pets are welcome in the resort provided that they are kept quiet and on a leash. Leashes (retractable or otherwise) may not extend longer than 6 feet. All pets must wear a collar and a tag identifying the owner with a valid phone number. Pets are not to be tied outside or left unattended. Owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets at all times. Pets are not allowed inside resort-owned buildings, amenities, or bathhouses. All pets must be vaccinated. We have no breed restrictions but any dog showing aggressive behavior must be removed from the resort. Pet owner agrees to carry insurance and to indemnify the resort for any injury or damage caused by the pet.

    • Residency: The usage of each site and of the resort is restricted for camping purposes only. Guest(s) may not claim the resort as their primary residence temporarily or otherwise. All persons and guests must maintain a primary residence elsewhere. Private or commercial enterprises, trade, religious, educational, or other similar sales, may not be conducted without resort management’s written consent.

    • Signage: One “For Sale” sign will be permitted on or inside one window of the RV, not to exceed 18” x 24” in size. No other “For Sale” sign will be permitted on the site, within the resort, or in/on the RV.

    • Access: Do not cut across sites, play loud music or do anything to disturb the peaceful enjoyment of all the other guests. Be considerate and respectful of your neighbors’ privacy & property at all times.

    • Outdoor: All campfires must be fully extinguished and cooled with water before retiring for sleep or leaving your site. Campfires may be made only in approved campfire pits or rings. For your own safety, please do not use gasoline or other flammable liquids in the area of campfires. Fire pits are to be kept cleaned out and must be a minimum of 10 feet from an RV or other structure. If using charcoal grills, put ashes in the fire ring & NOT on the ground. No burning leaves or garbage of any kind. We reserve the right to monitor the size of your campfire. Fires should not be higher than 18 inches and can not be left unattended at any time. Cutting of shrubs or trees is not permitted. Firewood may not be brought into the resort & must be purchased from the resort store. Please feel free to gather deadfalls to use as kindling for your fires. Firewood is to be stacked in a neat and orderly manner. Standard fire pits and picnic tables are supplied at each site by the resort. Neither should be moved without the prior consent of management. All guests must preserve & protect the wooded area around their site. No destruction of wildlife, trees, or other growth is permitted. Also not permitted which may harm the natural beauty of the resort is: painting on rocks or resort property, climbing, constructing swings, wrapping rope or wire, tying or leaning anything to or against trees. Additionally, no driving nails or screws, transplanting trees or shrubs, or cutting or picking vegetation.

  • Pool & Hot Tub

    • The pool & hot tub hours are as posted.

    • Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult at all times & are not permitted in the hot tub.

    • Accepted ratio of supervision is 1 person 21 years of age or older per 2 children under the age of 16 (unless your own). If you bring children to the pool, please remain with them as children should never be left unattended.

    • No running, diving, or excessive horseplay.

    • Only swimsuits may be worn, no cut-offs or street clothes are allowed.

    • Any child not potty trained must wear a swim diaper, not a regular diaper.

    • Absolutely no alcohol, smoking, glass containers, or eating food permitted in the pool & hot tub area.

    • Please keep the music down to a reasonable level out of respect for others. If you have songs that may make others feel uncomfortable or are inappropriate to play around children, use private listening devices.

    • No lifeguard on duty, swim at your own risk. Please follow all posted rules.

    • No trespassing in the pool area when closed.

  • Lake/Beach

    • Use of the swimming beach, kayaking, canoeing, & flat bottom or Jon boats with trolling motors are permitted from 10:00 AM to 30 minutes before dusk from Memorial Day weekend to Labor Day.

    • Anyone using any type of watercraft on the resort’s lake is required to have a personal flotation device onboard for each person. Anyone ages 16 or younger must wear a flotation device at all times. Trolling motors only are permitted on the lake.

    • Fishing is from dawn to dusk. Fishing licenses must be obtained where required by state law.

    • No pets are allowed on the beach or in the lake.

    • Swimming is permitted in designated areas only.

    • Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

    • Accepted ratio of supervision is 1 person 21 years of age or older per 2 children under the age of 16 (unless your own). If you bring children to the beach/lake, please remain with them as children should never be left unattended.

    • Please keep the beach clean & use recycling & garbage receptacles.

    • Absolutely NO glass at the beach.

    • NO alcoholic beverages are allowed on the beach.

    • Please keep the music down to a reasonable level out of respect for others. If you have songs that may make others feel uncomfortable or are inappropriate to play around kids, use private listening devices.

    • No lifeguard on duty, swim at your own risk. Please follow all posted rules.

    • No trespassing in the beach area when closed.

  • Conduct/Behavior

    • Alcohol: The open consumption of alcoholic beverages is discouraged in the family areas of the resort. Where permitted, alcoholic beverages must be kept in a concealed container or in a koozie. Under no circumstances will minors be served or allowed to consume alcoholic beverages at the resort as determined by state & local law.

    • Smoking: Smoking is not permitted in any resort-owned buildings, amenities, or bathhouses. Smoking material must be extinguished in an appropriate fire container, not on the ground.

    • Behavior: No illegal, destructive, threatening, abusive, or offensive activities/behaviors shall be conducted at any site, nor shall anything be done within the resort which is or could become an unreasonable annoyance or nuisance to neighboring sites. Failure to follow guidelines & direction of resort management staff can result in eviction and removal from the property with no refund.

    • Firearms: The use, display, and possession of firearms, air arms, paintball guns, fireworks, explosives, weapons, and illegal drugs or substances are strictly prohibited. Violation of this rule will result in immediate eviction.

  • Vehicles

    • Bicycles: For the safety of both riders & pedestrians, bicycles are not to be ridden in any resort-owned buildings, amenities, or bathouses or in the resort after dark.

    • Motorcycles: Guests who use a motorcycle as a means of transportation to and from the resort may drive it directly to & from the site. Extreme care should be taken to avoid disturbing others by causing excess noise or driving in an unsafe manner: no joy rides.

    • Other Vehicles: All other vehicles must be registered with the office when/before entering the resort. These vehicles must not produce any noise level that may be deemed as a disturbance. Proof of insurance must be documented when registering vehicle(s). No dune buggies, ATVs, or dirt bikes are permitted to be driven in the resort. Any vehicle(s) that produce excessive noise shall only be used when entering and leaving the resort.

    • Deliveries: Permissions must be obtained from management for any delivery trucks or other commercial vehicles to make deliveries to a site. If packages are sent to the resort, it is at your own risk. Management is not responsible for the receipt or delivery of the package. The resort does not accept incoming mail for guests. Guests should meet food delivery drivers at the entrance.

  • Utilities & Other services

    • Electricity: The RV site will be supplied with one electric meter by the resort. The meter shall remain at all times the property of the resort. The resort is responsible for the maintenance of the electric lines to the meter & pedestal located on each site. The resort is not responsible for lightning or power surge damage to the guest(s) appliances.

    • Water: Water is provided by the resort through its own well & pressure system. It is to be used for drinking and household purposes only (no car washing). There shall be no washing of dishes or utensils in restrooms or water fountains. Water service will be discontinued during the off-season.

    • Refuse Disposal: Garbage shall be at all times placed in plastic garbage bags and disposed of in the appropriate dumpster and not on top of dumpsters. Large items such as furniture, mattresses, grills, etc. may not be disposed of at the resort & must be removed from the property by guest(s).

    • Sewage Treatment: Sewage treatment is provided by on-site sewer system(s). The guest(s) is responsible for the maintenance of the water and sewer connections from the resort riser to the recreational vehicle. Please be sure that you have a tight seal. Please do not dispose of baby wipes, flushable wipes, feminine hygiene products, any form of tobacco, chemicals, garbage, condoms, coffee grounds, grease, oil, or anything else that will not dissolve or is non-biodegradable through the toilets, sinks, or drains into the septic system.

  • Liability

    • All guest(s) agrees to hold harmless, indemnify and defend the Owner & Owner’s management for any bodily or other personal injuries to any guest as well as for any property damage sustained on the site or resort including but not limited to natural causes (i.e. tree or limbs falling) nor for spoilage of refrigerator/freezer food due to loss of electricity. The guests(s) shall further indemnify, hold harmless and defend the Owner & Owner’s management personnel from any and all losses, damage, expense, including reasonable attorney’s fees, arising out of any claim asserted by any person for loss, damage, or injury to such person caused by any act, fault, neglect or omission of any guests(s) at the site or in the resort. The Owner & Owner’s management are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged articles of any guests(s) under any circumstances. Guest(s) are advised to maintain their own liability, health, and property insurance covering all of their risks at the resort.

  • Insurance

    • All guest(s) must provide for their own property insurance covering personal belongings. The resort’s insurance does not cover incidents occurring on a site or involving personal property belonging to a guest(s).

  • Emergency

    • In case of an emergency which includes but is not limited to: acts of God, fire, flood, natural disaster, strikes, war or threat of war, acts or threats of terrorism, civil disorder, unathorized strikes, governmental regulation or advisory, disease outbreaks, epidemics, pandemics, or other similar occurences beyond the owner’s control, the management reserves the right to close any part or all of the resort. As soon as the emergency is remedied, it will be reopened. The resort is not responsible for fire, theft, or damage to any equipment, cars, or other personal property. The management reserves the right to go on any site for the preservation or repair of utility or natural resource and to remove any equipment etc. for that purpose, replacing the same as nearly as possible to its prior location, and to temporarily disconnect any utilities to perform this duty. The management reserves the right to remove any tree or other object from the site for safety, health, or beautification reasons.

  • Activities Waiver - Acknowledgement & Acceptance of Risk

    • In consideration of the resort furnishing services and/or equipment to enable all guests to participate in any resort activities, all guests agree as follows: All guests voluntarily choose to engage in any recreational activities in & around the grounds & waters of the resort. Certain risks are inherent in any recreational activity and cannot be eliminated, altered, or controlled and these risks that contribute to the unique character of the outdoor activities can also be the cause of injury, illness, death, and damages. All guests know and fully understand that outdoor activities such as swimming, outdoor/indoor activities and games, hayrides, sports whether on a tube, hayride, paddleboat, kayak, or any other vessel are outdoor adventure activities in a wilderness environment with inherent risks & hazards where serious accidents can occur, participants can die, sustain injuries and property damage can occur. All guests acknowledge and willingly assume all risks and hazards for all resort activities. Guests understand that they can not make a claim, sue, or expect the resort owner’s officers, agents, employees, and associates or its beneficiaries to be legally responsible or pay for any damage or injuries. The guest understands and acknowledges that the above list is not complete or exhaustive and that other risks, known or unknown, anticipated or unanticipated may also exist and result in injury, illness, disease, death, or damage. Participation in any activity is purely voluntary and to do so is at your own risk at all times while at the resort.

  • Enforceability

    • Should any portion of a provision of these terms & conditions be determined invalid or unenforceable under the laws of this state such determination shall not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions herein.

By signing/making a reservation/staying at Lake Louise RV Resort, I agree that Lake Louise RV Resort has permission to photograph me, any members of my family, and any visitors to my site for any purpose related to the marketing of the campground in any medium. I waive any right to be compensated should my photograph or likeness be used in this manner. 
I understand these guidelines of this campground and agree to abide by them. I understand the campground reserves the right to eject, without refund, any camper or visitor violating these guidelines.
Upon my signature/reservation/stay I agree: to pay all charges resulting from my stay. These fees may include but are not limited to visitor(s), damages, equipment rental, early departure, late departure, and store purchases. I am responsible for all charges made by myself, my family, and my guests.
Management assumes no responsibility for accidents, injuries, or loss from any cause.

By providing your credit card information, you authorize the campground to charge your card for any outstanding balance on your reservation that remains unpaid at the time of check-in. If payment is not made at check-in, the campground reserves the right to charge the remaining balance to your card on file, which may be done at any time up to one year from the date of your reservation.
