Cancellation Policy

Cancellations and changes to lodging reservations should be made 15 days prior to the arrival date. All reservation cancellations requested 15 or more days in advance, are subject to a $60 cancellation fee, per reservation. Changes in reservation dates and accommodations will be subject to a $25 change fee, per request (two requests maximum). Any cancellation or refund request within 14 days of arrival date is non-refundable.

Cancellations and changes to camping reservations should be made 8 days prior to the arrival date. All cancellation requests made 8 days prior to the arrival date will be subject to a $25 cancellation fee, per campsite, not to exceed $100. All change requests are subject to a $25 change fee, per request (two request maximum). Any cancellation requests within 7 days of the arrival date are non-refundable.

A full refund will be granted if reservation/s are canceled within 24 hours of booking unless the arrival date is within 72 hours. Additional provisions may apply, please call for more information at 805-237-4924, option 1.
