TRASH PICK UP IS ON TUESDAY

We have 12 large campsites to offer quarterly, semiannually and annually.

Fee Schedule:

First month’s rent, security deposit, and site fee are due at booking.

Security Deposit: $150.00

Monthly rent rates:

Lots 1 - 3 are $550.00.

Lots 4 - 12 are $650.00

Rates are due at the time of booking and are non-refundable.

Rates are due on the same date each month.

Beginning May 1, 2025, a late fee of $25.00 will be added to rents not received within 10 days of due date.

Minimum Stay of 90 days         

Must be 25 years or older to reserve.

Guests must have a permanent address elsewhere and may not receive mail at the campground.                                                 

All campsites are temporary and not guaranteed unless campsite owners are notified 7 days prior to lease end.

Guest are responsible for all aspects of getting their RV in a campsite, setup, and in place on their designated sites. 

Campground owner will not pay for guest RVs to be towed, hauled, or otherwise set in place. 

Guests are required to keep their sites maintained in a clean and orderly manner.

For the safety of all children, adults, and pets, the speed limit is 5MPH and strictly enforced. All vehicles and golf carts must abide by the speed limit.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made more than 30 days in advance of arrival will incur a $35 cancellation fee. Cancellations made between 14 and 30 days in advance of arrival will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made less than 14 nights before arrival will result in forfeiture of your entire payment. Any refunds owed will be refunded to the credit card on file. A refund is not given for weather conditions or early departures.

Campsites are individual use sites for 1 RV. Rates are based on 4 people over the age of 12. Kids are free. An adult must occupy all sites. $40.00 per month for each additional persons overs the age of 12. Maximum adults of 6.

No parking vehicles, boats, trailers, etc., in vacant sites. An additional site fee will be charged to the card on file.

Camping units allowed are motor homes and camping trailers. All camping units must be neat in appearance and in good working order. The campground owner has full discretion on the matter.

All campers must be placed and level on their designated site without infringing on their neighbors’ sites.

All pets must be on a leash or confined when outside. No pets may be left unattended whether confined, leashed, or restrained in any form. Pets that become a threat or a noise issue will be required to leave. Always clean up after your pet.

Bathhouses and laundry room are for guest use only. Adult supervision for all children in the bathhouse and laundry room. No pets in those areas.

All golf carts used after dark must have headlights and taillights.

Children under 16 must wear a helmet while riding bikes, scooters, etc.

Campfires are permitted in designated areas. Do not leave fires unattended.

No fish cleaning in bathhouse.

Only one picnic table per site. Do not move tables from other sites.

No trash or trash bags outside campers. Put all trash in designated cans.

Two vehicles per campsite except for visitors.

You are responsible for the actions of your visitors and children.

Gray water and waste matter discharge onto sites are prohibited.

Campers may have pool deck box storage type units that fit under your camper. Camp sites should not look like permanent residences.

Any landscape items must be approved by the Lake Ridge Camp owner.

No trailers or outbuildings for storage.

Decks are to be approved by Lake Ridge Camp owner.

All campers must conduct themselves in an orderly manner. Disorderly conduct, threatening behavior, drugs, or drunkenness will result in immediate expulsion. Police will be called for any threat to other campers.

The use of Lake Ridge Camp is at the guests’ own risk. Lake Ridge Camp assumes no responsibility or liability for the safety or security of campground guests or visitors.

Lake Ridge Camp is not responsible for loss or damage to guests’ property whether by theft, vandalism, fire, any casualty, or act of God. Registered guests and all other users of Lake Ridge Camp property assume all risk of such loss or damage and must provide their own insurance coverages for life, rvs. vehicles, and other properties.

Lake Ridge Camp is a privately owned campground. All rules are at the campground owners’ discretion. 

Background checks could alter online reservations acceptance.
