Cancellation Policy

• Credit Card is required at the time of booking. 
 
If cancellation is made 30 days in advance of the reservation start date, guest will incur a $25 cancellation fee.
If cancellation is made 14-29 days in advance of the reservation start date, guest will receive a 50% refund.
If cancellation is made 7-13 days in advance of the reservation start date, guest will receive a 25% refund.
No refunds are provided for cancellations made less than 7 days in advance of thereservation start date.
