Lakeside Village Park Rules

By entering or utilizing the premises of Lakeside Village Park, I agree to abide by the following rules and regulations. Furthermore, I will ensure that my children, invitees, and guests adhere to these rules, including those published on www.lakesidevillagepark.com, posted on the premises, or communicated by Lakeside Village Park.

Liability and Waivers

Assumption of Risk
- Participation in recreational activities is at my own risk. I will act within my abilities and follow all warnings.
- Lakeside Village Park is not liable for injuries, property damage, or incidents arising from natural hazards (e.g., weather changes, wildlife encounters).
Liability Release
- I release and waive all claims against Lakeside Village Park, its owners, and agents for any injury, death, or property damage occurring on the premises.
Indemnification
- I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Lakeside Village Park from any losses, damages, or costs (including attorney fees) arising from my actions or those of my guests.

Site and Property Policies

Site Responsibility
- It is my responsibility to ensure my RV or trailer fits the designated site without causing damage.
- Park employees assisting with site placement are not liable for any resulting damages.
Payment Obligations
- All reservations must be paid in full prior to check-in.
- Balances unpaid for 30+ days may incur late charges as permitted by law.
Behavior and Conduct
- Harassment, including hate speech or racist comments, will not be tolerated.
- Lakeside Village Park reserves the right to refuse service or require individuals to leave for violations of rules or inappropriate behavior.
Photography and Media Release
- I grant permission for Lakeside Village Park to use photographs or videos of me and my party for promotional purposes.

Rental Unit Terms

Cleaning and Damages
- Units must be left clean, with garbage removed and appliances wiped down. Failure to comply may result in cleaning fees ($125 minimum).
- Additional fees ($250 minimum) may apply for excessive damage or unauthorized pets/smoking.
Damage Disclosure
- All damages must be reported to Lakeside Village Park. Repair costs will be charged to my credit card after inspection.

Pet Policies

Supervision and Restrictions
- Dogs must be leashed or in a carrier in public areas and supervised at all times.
- Dogs are prohibited in certain areas (e.g., pool deck, food service areas).
Vaccinations and Behavior
- Dogs must be vaccinated and free of aggressive or disruptive behavior. Failure to comply may result in removal from the park.
Assumption of Risk
- I accept full responsibility for any risks or damages caused by my pet.

COVID-19 Guidelines

Health Requirements
- I confirm that I am symptom-free and have not been in contact with COVID-19 cases within the last two weeks.
Safety Measures
- I will follow all park safety guidelines, including mask-wearing, social distancing, and occupancy limits, as required.

By utilizing Lakeside Village Park facilities, I acknowledge that I have read and understood these rules and agree to adhere to them.
