Campground Rules and Regulations

Check out time is 12:00 pm 

Check in Time is between 2:00 pm and 9:00 pm

NO TENTS, tent trailers, cargo or horse trailers allowed on the property. NO exceptions.

There is NO shower.bathroom house, just porta potties.

• Gate access is by “code” only. 
• Codes are ONLY for the campers who are renting the site and are not to be given to anyone.
• ALL visitors must check in at the office before entering. If the office is closed, you must come out and let them in, do NOT give out the gate code.
• Maximum of 10 people per campsite including children. NO exceptions
• ALL visitors (family/friends) are to park at the provided visitor parking in the campground, or outside of the gate.

 

RV Site

• Only one fully contained unit per site
• Back in only, unless otherwise specified.
• Only 1 vehicle allowed per site. 
• NO TENTS allowed on the property. NO exceptions.
• Campsites are non-transferable.
• No exchange of sites between campers is permitted
• No subletting of camp sites/unit for a fee or free of charge. 
• Selling of RV’s, Trailers, Vehicles or boats on LVCG&M property is prohibited.
• Promoting for profit, personal or otherwise on LVCG&M property is prohibited.
• RV, trailer or vehicle washing is not allowed.
• TURN OFF AIR CONDITIONERS IF YOU ARE GOING TO BE AWAY FROM YOUR CAMPER.
• NO DUMPING OR DRAINING of grey/black water, sewage, cooking oil, gas or grease in your site. This is prohibited and you will be evicted.
• All sewer hookups must be water tight to meet municipal health regulations. You must also provide your own approved sewer fittings.
• THERE IS A SANI DUMP BY SITE #9 THAT IS FREE FOR ALL PAYING CAMPERS TO USE.
• No boat/utility trailers are allowed at your. Parking is available outside the gate in the field.
• No vehicle parking or driving through of empty lots.
• Please keep all your belongings within the perimeter of your allotted site. 
• Sites must be kept clean and presentable at all times. 
• No trimming or cutting of brush/trees around your site.
• You are responsible for your visitors and their actions.
• Cooking is ONLY permitted in campsites.

 

Garbage

• All garbage must be contained in a garbage bag and placed in the green dumpsters provided.
• Bag your bottles/cans and place them in the blue recycle bins in the campground or by the green dumpsters.
• Fish guts/remains are to be bagged and placed in the green dumpsters in the campground.
• PLEASE dispose of all garbage in a timely manner. There are bears in the area that like to stop in for a visit, lets not encourage them. 

 

Marina

• NO fishing off the docks
• NO children on the docks without a parent.

 

Alcohol, Tobacco, Cannabis & Illegal Substances

• CONSUMPTION OF ALCOHOL, TOBACCO & CANNABIS IS RESTRICTED TO YOUR SITE.
• There will be zero tolerance for public intoxication or belligerence.

 

Prohibited items

The following items are prohibited on LVCG&M property

• Fireworks, ATVs, side by sides, dirt bikes, portable/inflatable pool & hot tubs, firearms of any kinds, pellet guns and sling shots.

Speed Limit

• The speed limit on all LVCG&M property is 10km/hr, which includes the entrance by the marina/office/baitshop. This will be strictly enforced.
• Be aware, children are playing and people are walking throughout the campground at any given time.

 

Deliveries or Repairs

• ALL deliveries (food, etc), taxi’s or repair persons must be met at the gate to be let in.
• If the office is open, they can check in at the office and the staff can let them in.

 

Beach

• NO lifeguard on duty. Use at your own risk!
• No fishing off the beach.
• Anything you take down to the beach should leave with you. This includes, but not limited too; beach toys, paddle boards, kayaks, floaties, chairs, food, drink containers, garbage.
• The beach area is small, please be courteous to others so everyone can enjoy it.
• BOATS AND SEA DOO’S MUST STAY OUT OF THE SWIMMING AREA.
• NO PARKING/ANCHORING OF ANY WATERCRAFT ON THE BEACH. 

 

Play Area/Park

• Use of play area/equipment is at your own risk.
• CHILDREN MUST BE SUPERVISED AT ALL TIMES.
• NO PETS ALLOWED. 
• ZERO TOLERANCE FOR SMOKING OF ANY SUBSTANCE AT THE PLAYGROUND.
• PLEASE pick up your garbage and take back to your site upon leaving.

 

Campfires & Pits

• Fires must be contained in the fire pit provided. PLEASE do not move the fire pit. 
• Burning anything other than firewood is prohibited. NO burning of leaves, garbage, pallets, or brush.
• ALL fire bans and restrictions must be adhered to.

 

Pets

• Limit of 2 pets per site
• Pets are welcome but must be kept on a leash at ALL TIMES!
• Pets are not to be left unattended or outside at anytime without an owner present.
• ALL ANIMAL POOP MUST BE PICKED UP!
• Pets are not allowed in the kids play area.

 

Quiet Time

• Quiet time is 12:00am midnight to 8:00am
• Guests must leave campground by 12:00am midnight.
• Music/voices must be kept at a reasonable level at all times
• No one expects you, as an adult, to be asleep at 11 or 12, but please be quiet enough so you do not disturb your neighbours who want to sleep.
• Please be courteous and respect the quiet time regulations for the benefit of all guests. 

 

1. The Management reserves the right to deny access or terminate the stay of guests/visitors who violate our rules and regulations and or whose behaviour is deemed unsuitable. No refunds will be offered.
2. No refunds for early departure or poor weather conditions.
3. Zero tolerance of verbal or physical abuse towards LVCG&M staff.
4. LVCG&M is not responsible for any injury to, loss of, or damage to your personal property.

 

If you wish to cancel your reservation and receive a refund, we require a notice of a minimum of 3 days. All cancellations will be subject to a $5 service fee. There will no exceptions, regardless of the circumstances.
