Terms & Conditions

Rates are based on a family of 2 adults and up to 2 of their children under the age of 18 with one vehicle.  The charge for additional persons, or a guest is $7 per night/day with a maximum of 5 adults per campsites.  Visitors will be subject to the day or night fee if they cannot be added to the campsite under the 2 adult and 2 children rates.  Holidays and EAA two weeks have a 3 night minimum.  Check-in time is as early as 12:00pm and check-out time is also noon.  Early Check-in prior to12pm is available at $25.  All rates are subject to a sales tax of 5.5% and are subject to change without notice.  Non-aggressive pets allowed in cabins with $25/night pet fee.

Payment Policy:
Payment is due IN FULL at time of booking up to 4 days, with 50% available for longer overnight stays.
We gladly accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express.

No Show Policy:
Reservations will be held until check-out time on the day following your scheduled arrival. No shows will result in full forfeiture of fund
