Cancellation Policy

Cancellations and Changes to Reservations 

Please read these thoroughly!

• If you cancel 4 days or more from the date of check-in, and your stay is less than 8 nights you will be charged a $30 cancellation fee, and we return the remainder of your balance.  Exception: Holiday cancellation fee for 4 days or more from date of check in is 50% of the entire reservation cost.

• If you cancel your reservation within 3 days or less from the date of check-in  and your stay is less than 8 nights you will be charged one night's stay plus, and we return the remainder of your balance. Exception: NO refunds for holiday reservations 3 days or less from the date of check in.

• If you within 3 days or less from the date of check-in (this includes shortening your trip after check-in), and your stay is 8-15 nights, you will be refunded HALF of your reservation total plus a $5 service fee.  This includes holidays.

• Upon arrival at the campground, no refunds are given for any canceled days during your stay.

• Unless inclement weather causes a park closure, it is not a reason for exception to our cancellation policy.
