LCs RV Park Rules

  • Ways to Stay:

    • Back-in sites with 20, 30 & 50 amp service, septic hook-up, water, and garbage.

    • We do not offer pull-through sites or tent camping.

    • Wi-Fi and streaming TV is available for additional charge, see office for details.

  • Stay options:

    • Short term stay: 

      • We offer daily, weekly, and monthly.  Payment is due the day of check-in as it must be paid in advance.

      • Guests can extend their stay if site is available or move to another site.  To extend your stay, you will need to request an extension at the office no later than 6pm the day prior to your expected departure date.  If space is available and approved, you stay will be extended and payment for additional time will be due and payable at time of extended reservation.

    • Extended stay:

      • We offer 3 (+) month extended stays.  This ensures your space is locked for the period of time reserved.  Site can be extended like short term stays.  We do require 30 days' notice to reduce extended stay.  Contact the office for assistance if this situation arises.

    • Long-term stay: 

      • We offer a tenant lease option for those looking for a long-term stay (greater than six months).  

    • Security deposit is required at time of reservation.  Deposit (partial or full) will be refunded after final bill is paid within 3-7 days of departure.

    • Electricity:

      • Electricity is included in the daily rate only.

      • Usage is billed separately and in arrears. 

  • RV Sites: 

    • No more than 3 adults or 2 adults with 2 children per unit.  There is an additional charge per person. 

    • Check-in time is 3 pm and check-out time is 11 am day of departure.

  • Cabins

    • Security deposit required on stays greater than 3-days.  Amount does vary based on length of stay.
    • DAMAGES TO CABINS: Normal and reasonable use of cabin furnishings and fixtures is expected. If any damages occur including vomit, spills, blood, urine, pet hair, feces, etc, Guest understands that they will be charged for such damages, repairs or replacement of damaged furnishings, fixtures or other cabin contents that are missing or damaged or reasonable cleaning fees that may be assessed.
  • WI-FI & Streaming TV

    • Dedicated Spectrum Wi-Fi 500mbs with Streaming TV is available for an additional charge.  Guests will need to order equipment direct from Spectrum and should be able to pickup the equipment at their local office. 
    • LCs RV Park will bill guest for these services.  Guest will be responsible for paying Spectrum directly for any additional services purchased. 
    • Guest to contact Spectrum support directly for any issues with Spectrum services as LCs RV Park is not responsible for services. 
    • Guest is responsbile for returning the equipment to Spectrum when leaving the park.  
  • Visitors: 

    • Visitors are allowed in the park provided the visitor is in good standing with the park.  Day visitation only and visitors must be registered.  The best way to register your visitor is by texting the office at (512) 640-2295.  Be sure to include their name, vehicle make, model, year, color, and license plate.

    • Parking is limited and noted as visitor parking signage by the pavilion.      

    • Towing is enforced so make sure your guests understand where to park.

    • Visitors with prior park history are not allowed in the park and if found on park premises they will be considered trespassing, and you will be in violation of park rules.  If you are unsure of prior history, check with the office.  Prior history includes but is not limited to: eviction, disruptive behavior, and/or has been in breach of contract.

  • Pets: 

    • Maximum 2 pets under 40 lbs.  Pet(s) must have current vaccines and good behavior is required.  Dogs of any breed that are hostile or aggressive will be asked to leave the park immediately and if not rectified, the owner will be asked to leave the park without refunds as this is deemed a serious violation.  

    • Always use a leash while on the campground.  Dogs must be kept on leashes no longer than 6 feet when outside their owners’ vehicle or rental units.  Do not leave a tethered dog unattended.

    • Remember manners.  Constant barking bothers other campers.  If your pet is too vocal, you may be asked to leave the park.

    • Be sure to have a copy of your pet vaccine records.  

  • Service Dogs:  Service dogs are welcomed and there is no charge for your helper. (Leash and aggressive behavior rules apply).

  • Vehicles: 

    • Maximum 1-street legal vehicles per site on all short-term stays.   Vehicle must fit in sites designated parking spot.

    • Maximum 2-street legal vehicles per site on all long-term stays if space is available and approved.  2nd vehicle to be parked in assigned space only.   Extra vehicle charge may apply.

    • Towing is enforced as noted at park entrance.  Parking is for park guests only and all other vehicles are prohibited.  Any unauthorized vehicles will be towed at owner’s or operators’ expense at all times and days. 

  • General: 

    • Respect your neighbors, park rules, posted signs and quite hours.

    • You may have the following camping type items: outside lawn furniture, and BBQ grill.  

    • Keep the site area clean.

    • Pickup your trash.

    • Quite hours: 

      • Sunday – Thursday 10 pm to 8am

      • Friday – Saturday 12 am to 8am

    • Campfires: No burning allowed. Small campfires may be approved during winter / non-burn ban months. Submit your request in writing to the office.  All approvals will be in writing and if approved, you will need to have an approved fire ring.  No fireworks allowed on property.

    • Storage: Any under storage must be covered with suitable material and not be an eye sore. Homemade site storage units are not allowed. Storage units may be available for rent if needed.

    • Trash:  Dumpster is picked up on Tuesday and Friday mornings.  Only acceptable waste materials (e.g., household garbage only) may be placed in the dumpster. All trash must be bagged.  Disposing of anything else is a violation and you will incur a $100 fine per incident. You will be asked to leave the park immediately if incidents continue with no refunds.

    • Pressure Regulator: Water pressure from the city main is 90 PSI which is too much pressure for the park water system.  Note that this high pressure can also damage your RV.  It is required to use a pressure regulator which reduces the water pressure to 40 psi. 

    • Mail / Deliveriess Service: 

      • The park address / office cannot be used for any type of mail service / deliveries. 

      • Our local post office does deliver to the mailboxes (street side) for long term residence.   Inquire within the office if postal mail service is needed.

      • Amazon packages can be sent to your space however it is recommended you have deliveries placed in Amazon locker for your pick-up as the park is NOT responsible for lost packages. 

    • All rent must be paid in advance. 

    • No Refunds on early departures.

    • No structures of any kind unless you have written permission.

    • No units over 12 years old unless approved.

  • Emergencies: For medical and fire, call 911 before contacting management.  Please contact our office at (512) 640-2295 should you need to report a park emergencies (no power, water, or plumbing problems).  

  • Your cell number will be set up in our system and you agree to OPT in for text messaging.  

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations made more than 10 days before arrival date will receive a refund of the amount paid, less a $20 processing fee. 
  • Cancellations made less than 10 days before arrival date will forfeit the paid deposit (50% of the total reservation cost).

Refund Policy

  • Refunds will be processed in the same form that it was originally paid.  Refunds are not given for weather conditions, voluntary early departure, or removal from the property.  No refunds after arrival, and the Manager reserves the right to issue a refund in the form of future Guest credit.

No-Show Policy

  • If a guest has not shown up 24 hours after their check-in time, and has not made prior arrangements with staff, it will be considered a no-show reservation and the full amount paid will be forfeited.

Rules are subject to change at any time as deemed by management.
