Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATION POLICY RULES

• Reservations canceled more than 30 days in advance of arrival will incur a $25 fee. 

• Reservations canceled Between 14 and 30 days in advance of arrival will incur a fee of 25% of the reservation stay.

• Reservations canceled less than 14 nights before arrival will incur a fee of 50% of the reservation stay.

BOOKING CHANGES

Once a guest has arrived at the site and checked-in, modifications can be made for additional upgrades to the reservation if different sites or rental items are available.

REFUND POLICY

Nature is beautiful, but nature is also unpredictable. Legacy RV Resort GA cannot guarantee weather conditions during your stay. Hence, No refunds or credits will be issued for bookings of RV lots or of activities due to natural elements such as heavy rain, thunderstorms, windstorms, hail, or icy conditions. 

Additionally there will be no refunds or credits for guests opting to leave early or facing eviction due to misconduct, loud behavior beyond quiet hours time and or destruction of property. The decision to evict will be solely the decision of the manager, managers or personnel working for Legacy RV Resort at the time of incident. 

Additionally, Legacy RV Resort GA has the exclusive authority to determine how to proceed on refund requests. Any requests for special refunds or credits must be submitted in writing to Legacy RV Resort GA’s Management, alongside proof of the alleged emergency circumstances. Any refund granted by Legacy RV Resort GA will be returned using the same payment method as the original transaction.
