Cancellation Policy
Reminder: the cancellation policy has always been as follows:
• 2 Week Notice Cancellations MUST be made at least 2 WEEKS prior to your stay
• 3 Week Notice Liars Cove Resort Listed Holiday Weekends

If your cancellation is not made within the 2 or 3 week time period allocated you WILL BE CHARGED FOR ALL RESERVED DAYS

Smoke is not a valid reason for cancellation of an existing reservation. Only evacuations from Conconully due to imminent danger is a legitimate reason for fire/smoke cancellation. Thank you for your understanding.
