GENERAL BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. INTRODUCTION
The purpose of this document is to regulate the GENERAL TERMS or CONDITIONS OF PROCUREMENT of the Pre-booking and Online Booking services (hereafter, and interchangeably, ‘Pre-booking’ and ‘Online Booking’ services, or ‘services’) of Liars Cove Resort 509-826-1288. The terms “You” and “User” are used here to refer to all individuals and/or entities who for whatever reason access www.liarscoveresort.com or use its services.

The use of these services implies full and unconditional acceptance and validity of each and all the General Terms and/or Conditions – which are deemed to be automatically incorporated into the contract concluded with LCR, without the need for your written transcription in the same – included in the latest version of these General Terms and/or Conditions.
2. USE OF THE LCR PRE-BOOKING AND ONLINE BOOKING SERVICES
2.1. Pre-booking Services
2.3 Boat and Water Craft Rental Waiver Agreement

The online Pre-booking services are for information only, and their sole purpose is to offer the user the possibility of checking the availability of a room in their preferred hotel or city. THE USER WILL RECEIVE AN EMAIL WITHIN 24 HRS, CONFIRMING IF THEIR BOOKING HAS BEEN PROCESSED, AND WILL CONSEQUENTLY ONLY BECOME BINDING ONCE LCR HAS ACCEPTED THE RESERVATION BY MEANS OF EMAIL CONFIRMATION AND SUBSEQUENT PAYMENT BY THE USER. The user must verify the booking confirmation and notify LCR of any error immediately in writing.

2.2. Online Booking Services

a. The purpose of the Online Booking services is for the reservation of a room in any LCR hotel. THE USE OF THESE SERVICES IMPLIES FULL AND UNCONDITIONAL ACCEPTANCE AND VALIDITY OF EACH AND ALL THE GENERAL TERMS AND/OR CONDITIONS – WHICH ARE DEEMED TO BE AUTOMATICALLY INCORPORATED INTO THE CONTRACT CONCLUDED WITH LCR, WITHOUT THE NEED FOR YOUR WRITTEN TRANSCRIPTION IN THE SAME – INCLUDED IN THE LATEST VERSION OF THESE GENERAL TERMS AND/OR CONDITIONS.

2.3 Boat and Water Craft Rental Waiver Agreement
Upon the receipt of the reservation confirmation, the customer voluntarily releases, discharges and agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Liars Cove Resort, Inc. from any and all liability of any nature for any and all injury or damage arising from personal injuries sustained by the undersigned or any minor children under the undersigned’s custody, care, and control, as a result of any and all activities related to the rental, operation, or use of equipment provided by Liars Cove Resort, Inc., regardless of the cause. The undersigned assumes full responsibility for any such injuries or damages, which may occur, and further agrees that Liars Cove Resort, Inc. shall not be liable for any loss or theft of personal property. The undersigned specifically agrees that Liars Cove Resort, Inc. shall not be responsible for such injuries, damages, loss or theft.
