Cancellation Policy

For reoccuruing monthly rentals the first month must be paid in full and for all other reservations, the total fee is charged to your credit card.  If you must cancel, refunds are available, less the applicable cancellation fee, as follows:

Reservations cancelled more than 7 days in advance of arrival will incur a $25 cancellation fee.

Reservations cancelled 7 days or less in advance of arrival will incur a $40 cancellation fee.

Reservations canceled less than 7 days, on the day of your arrival date, and no-shows are non-refundable.
